Very friendly staff, food was freshly made and not on a hotplate.
I can now give them 5 stars again. Enjoy the customer service and my food was perfectly made right.
Way better than I expected during Friday night dinner rush. Everything was 100% fresh, fries crispy like they're supposed to be, we got the Big Buford and the meat was fresh, perfectly cooked and delicious, and the wait time was minimal, approx 3 minutes
If you work DoorDash, avoid this place. They treat us like dirt and force you to wait in the 98 degree heat rather than utilize an empty drive thru. Rude and angry staff for no clear reason
Not 5 stars to the whole establishment but to the girl on front counter u were amazing tonight 4/8/2022 @around 8 20 yes u! u went above and beyond with this cheesecake Sunday ( which are fabulous if I do say so myself) I don't know if it was some wonderful karma or what but u out did urself the first layer was the start and omg as I ate my way through this Sunday got better and better and when I was sad it was about to end u surprised me I hope u have a wonderful night.
Have always had an excellent experience here! The food is cheap but delicious and the staff super friendly. 10/10 would recommend!
Destiny and Alex help me and my brother-in-law at the drive-thru we were very impressed considering the last extravaganza that we had with you guys in the. Seems like you guys have gotten rid of the riff Raff and it's working out like a fine-tuned machine thanks a lot you should give destiny a raise Alex a demotion of a strong what four and the lady in the back that was a manager and a strong for MPS to the general manager I never got my free shake for the last review that I wrote but it's okay so you can go ahead and write yourself one too if you don't mind thank you have a nice night I enjoy your food and service
Food was great service with a smile also was quick with my meal. Funny I use to work at a Rallys in Evansville Indiana. was awesome worth going.
Good food, nice customer service but didn't provide any utensils to eat my loaded fries.
I live on North sprigg St and I have never had any hot food from Rally's spend your money somewhere else
