Quick pickup made fast and easy with the Popeyes app. They had my order ready in no time.Inside was clean and staff were kind and friendly.
Food tasted great .. 9:24pm drive-thru I was told I could not get mashed potatoes/ Gravy because it was already "put up for the night" after that being said my order was wrong I called and the manager handled the situation professionally communicating is key ..if this place had better communication the simple 4 spicy wing combo would have never been wrong especially the fact it wasn't busy at all. 3 stars Popeyes p.s. sprite was flat
Went to Cape Girardeau Popeyes , got there in drive thru at 8:50 pm began orderingto be told they were out of nuggets, by 9pm we had paid for our food and asked to pull forward to wait, after approximately 15 minutes of waiting and no food yet I went into the store to inquire our order, the manager on duty informed me that our chicken strips had just be dropped to cook about 2 minutes prior, that is after we after in drive thru for 20 minutes already waiting on our food.I told the manager that this kind of delay was unacceptable, they proceto tell me they were the only ones who could work the kitchen, yet there were about 5 other employees just standing around, along with a couple more on break, and the four that had left the building while we weer waiting in the drive thru, needless to say after almost 30 minutes of waiting we got cold fries and chicken that was raw. We will not go back.
First time getting food from here. By the time I got home (5 minute drive); chicken was cold and so hard I couldn't eat it and just threw it away. Cole slaw was good but not worth $9.00 I paid for everything to throw the rest in trash. Wont be going again.
Had to wait over 30 minutes for 5 pieces of chicken. Lunch rush on a Sunday. Someone should have been smart enough to drop chicken. Order after order going out the door. We wait…
Every time I come through and order a decent size order of food for a family of 5 or so. I come home and I’m missing at least one combo meal which I have paid for. I have called numerous times and nothing has ever change. It saddens me that this is a continuous issue but It’s going to be a long time before I return again.
Terrible....waited over an hour for my food. When it finally came out, they shorted us our fries, and my two little daughters ordered kids meals, and didn't even get the toys with them either! Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
Went during noon rush. Service was fast, workers were friendly and kept busy. Not once did we feel slighted in service. Food was excellent and fresh.
The man operating the drive thru was jovial and seemed to enjoy his job. The customer service was pleasant and the entire experience was enjoyable. The food was hit and fresh and so good as I direct from Popeye's
The past 3 times weve doordashed food from here in cape Girardeau mo,our food order is always messed up, and they always forget our gallon of tea,we told the doordash driver and he said it's not him,and when I told the manager at popeyes I was told it's not there problem that I should get ahold of doordash app and tell them it's there problem,but it's on our receipts so shouldn't it be the person at the restaurant who should make sure all of our order is there when it leaves to be delivered?we are done with this place for good now,if you order food for delivery here your not gona get it all so be prepared to be let down.
