COLD FOOD WAITED AN ADDITIONAL 40 MINUTES FOR DELIVERY AND ON TOP OF IT SHE FORGOT MY 2 LITER PEPSI AND SAID "Did you order it i don't see it on the receipt." It was on the receipt. Poor service and unrealistic wait times. They didn't give me a receipt that has a review code for the tellpizzahut because she knows she messed up. Never ordering from this location again.
Never, never again will I order from the Cape Girardeau, kingshighway loxation. We placed an order at approx 6:30 pm. By 8:20 pm, we were calling, looking for our order. After being on hold for 15 minutes, I finally got to speak to a person that told me there was no order existing for us. Finally, the person had figured out that we did have an order and it had been delivered. The order as placed on the front porch where it was not obvious. (Completely understand contactless delivery. Use it weekly). But there was no knock on the door. No ringing of the doorbell. And when we stepped out to check, we couldn’t see the delivery. Needless to say, we were stuck reheating a pizza and breadstick order that had sat out in 30-degree weather for prob 45 min. You’d think for. $7-plus tip, the driver would have had the courtesy to at least ring the doorbell.
Let me brag on one of best pizza makers I have ever came across his name is Gary me and my wife travels 40 miles just to enjoy his pizza. Every time we order from Pizza Hut on kings highway it is on point perfect crust, perfect cheese, right amount of toppings omg Gary pizza is always one of perfection and he always friendly and professional
I really wanted to give the service here 0 stars. Staff needs better customer service training or something. Waited in drive thru for over 30mins and no one came to the window so i went in one of the staff said the inside was closed but no one came to the window and my order had been ready and sitting.
until the dining room opens up I'm done with this place. Food is cold by the time I get it home. I go across the street to Imo's now. Absolutely no excuse for keeping dining room closed.
I would like the pizza toppings to go to the edge of pizza. I had my pizza cut into squares and two of the twelve pieces had no toppings or sauce. They were just cheese.
Although the personal pan pizza and the pasta was perfect the bread sticks were burned, the brownies were over cooked and the delivery driver was rude. Too many issues.
Start paying your employees $15/hr minimum wage, and stop depending on the generosity of strangers.
Put receipt directly on slice of pizza in box. When we called to make them aware that it's probably not the most ideal place for the receipt they said, "We have 5 people working so we don't know who is responsible." Try communicating with the people you work with so it doesn't happen again rather than making excuses for less than ideal actions. Way to go Pizza Hut, competence level LOW.
I had a order built in the app for two pizzas and an order of breadsticks using my reward point and the pick two at 5 and up, placed the order and went to pick it up. When I get there I learn your app had changed my order to a full price single pizza... why would I order a pizza at full price when you have tons of deals, fix your garbage app.
