I'm always very satisfied when I go to this olive garden. From their hosts to their servers, they are all very friendly. Sometimes you get a dirty dish or so or a dish that is just not to your taste but when you let them know with the kindness that they give you they always take care of it in a very speedy and friendly manner. Definitely worth the money I spend there! I go as often as I can.
There were 8 of us and everyone was completely satisfied with the food and service. Marina was fantastic! She kept the salad and rolls fresh through out our meal. I hope we get Marina M every time!
After not having visited this specific Olive Garden in quite awhile due to the service being horrible, the place was dirty and the food was awful last time, we were skeptical at best when a good friend said she wanted to celebrate her birthday with a meal here.BOY! I am so glad we gave it another go! The service was awesome, the food was delicious and fresh, and the restaurant was CLEAN, including the bathroom! We will be back soon!
What started out rocky turned out fantastic. +We were seated right away. -We were seated in a section no one was working and sat there for about 15 minutes before anyone noticed.When Brittany saw us tucked in the corner she came over and seemed confused as to why we were sat in that section since it wasn't assigned to anyone. She was amazing! I believe she was a manager. She took our order and assured us she would get us an excellent server. A moment later she introduced us to Ella and assured us she would take good care of us. Ella was an amazing server! She was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Brittany and Ella went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our dinner, which was also very good.
Sierra was an awesome server. She made sure we enjoyed our meals. The food was great. Disappointed the stuffed mushrooms were gone but the bee shrimp fritto appetizer was so good we ordered another to take home with our meals.
We have eaten at Olive Garden numerous times. The food is always consistently delicious. Our server, Angela, provided us excellent service..it was prompt, accurateand often offered us something before we requested it . She was personal , professional, and very attentive to us. My husband, while paying the bill at the table,failed to do the Survey which would have helped our Server, Angela. It was an oversight and not because she wasn't a good server, she was excellent and we will ask for her by name when we eat there again.The portions of the food we ordered was very generous, so we actually got four meals for the price for two.Truly delicious food , pleasant atmosphere, and all the ingredients of an excellent dining experience.
Went to eat lunch here . People that came in after us where seated before us . They said they where getting our table ready because I requested a high chair . I wanted a booth not a table . I wasn’t even asked what I prefer . Shane the manager had a problem with the high chair because I would be in the walk way and it’s a fire hazard. I didn’t need to know the hazards I just wanted to eat . No apologies just straight rude !!!!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Olive Garden is my wife’s favorite place to eat but we do not plan to return after our experience tonight. My wife ordered a smoothie. After waiting almost thirty minutes for it, it came to our table obviously not even able to drink. You could still see the huge ice chunks. It was not blended and my wife was unable to drink it through the straw. Our soup and salad came out. My wife requested no onions on the salad as she and our oldest daughter are allerigic. It was covered in onions. When she mentioned it to the waiter he brought more cheese to put on the salad and did not address the onion issue even after it being brought to his attention. A fresh salad should have been brought out with no onions. My wife was obviously frustrated at this point but she doesn’t like to cause a fuss. Our meal finally came out only to have a black hair sitting in our daughters cheese ravioli sticking out of the sauce. We didn’t eat but a few bites of our food. Boxed it up for the kids and left immediately. $90 completely wasted and a horrible experience. I hope this can be made right.
Always love the Olive Garden. Tried the restaurant in Cape Girardeau tbis time. Service was great and fast. Service was awesome
