This was the first time I've actually gone into a McDonald's in years and it'll probably be the last time.I won't even go into the 30 minute wait, or the order being wrong (twice), because those were insignificant compared to the interior...I can't remember ever eating in a less welcoming environment. The drab grey and beige color scheme, the utilitarian architecture, the furnishings designed to not be comfortable without being uncomfortable... I can honestly say it was the first time I ever thought of a dining experience as being dystopian. I can't wait for the McCricket sandwich or the Soylent Shamrock Shake ?.
Fri-Sun the late night wait time is ridiculous. Currently I've been in the drive thru for 47 min now. Nothing fast about this food. I Could have made my own breakfast at this point
The line was very slow for the drive through, we waited a long time in line and yet the food was cold definitely not something I would recommend at any time. The food was prepared was before it was ordered as there was nothing in our orders that was even warm. If you want your money worth and got food try taco bell..
Cut my mouth on egg shells that were in my sandwich. Even when it's busy. Food safety needs to be adhered to. They replaced my food. But, I still got cut. Which sucked. Workers were nice about it though. Waited 23 min for my sandwich that cut my mouth....the egg wasn't even cooked all the way. They cook on timers, so someone pulled it before it was done.
The night people are rude and can't treat people with respect and even when you are in the drive threw and tell them they didn't get your stuff right and you dont have a receipt because you didn't get one they will not make it right i even saw them tell someone to dig the receipt out of the trash and then the manager walks up and ask her if she was the manager so you can tell her what went on she looks at you and said ok im not clocked in good management right
was served a RAW quarter pounder I ate about two bites before I realized and I'm pregnant so if I get sick it won't be good!! super super dangerous to serve RAW meat to people

The Broadway Street site is a local favorite, and for good reason. The managers lead a solid team who understands the importance of customer service and attention to detail. More often than not, your order will be made quickly and consistently, with no errors. If there is ever a problem, the managers handle it with professionalism and respect. The architecture makes for a pleasant experience, not following the modern aesthetic of appearing as a dystopian tech company. The lovely golden arches around the building and comfortable interior make for a pleasant dining experience. I highly recommend this particular establishment!
Stopped in for a quick bite lines were long but I didn’t have to wait very long. Food was hot staff was friendly. Price was very reasonable
Mixed up my order, didn't give me a receipt because the girls in the back were to busy watching tiktok with all their Bing bong, rude and short tempered with me, I'm just not going back to that location again, McDonald's is already a really low bar... great job, I'm impressed you were able to somehow not even meet that.
