First let me say, our Family has always loved the food, but my most recent experience was so bad I will never eat there again. Service was slow and we were rushed by drive thru order taker. We were the only customers there when we ordered. Second they did not give us what we ordered. When I took the food back the guy who made our order gave us excuses that he was in a rush making our order by himself. I sat there and watched him make the order and he did not look to be rushing at all. We got home with the new orders and were very unhappy all our hush puppies were way overly oily and looked/tasted as though they had been deep fried multiple times and left to sit in the warmer far longer than health code would allow. The grilled shimp bowl had maybe 1 cup of rice only 6 small shrimp and none of the other toppings it should have had. Oh and I witnessed them putting our returned food back in the warmers. With that this had me worried about who's returned food we were being served. I will be calling the Heath Dept. About this as well.
The only disappointment was no more corn on the cob, in it's place, a small container of canned corn.The fish and shrimp platter was of superb quality and delicious.Price each without a drink 12$

Waited 30 minutes. Had appointment. Had to get carryout. Still got no cole slaw. Very unorganized.
I ate right after the lunch crowd had been through. Staff was busy cleaning and placing new menu/specialty signage up. I was greeted and before I could complete paying my meal was being handed to me. Now that's quick!The fish was cooked properly, crispy and fresh. But they tasted a bit different. Maybe a change in the oil type or provider? Don't know. But, good experience none the less.
The staff was super friendly. The service was excellent. The food was hot and really good. Thank you for the amazing meal
This location needs to hire different staff all around. This is the second time I've visited in a year making a trip for the doctor for my elderly mother. It just got worse the second time. Worst Customer Service I've ever received at ANY restaurant in my entire life. I ordered the Southwestern bowl for the first time and was asked what kinda bowl. I said the Southwest Shrimp bowl. Again I was asked what kinda bowl. I said the Southwest bowl a little louder and then was told by Robert I didn't need to be rude. ???? At the window we discussed if he would have asked if I wanted grilled or battered shrimp I would've understood his question and not repeated myself but his whole demeanor and mannerism was disgusting, terribly rude and he should not be in this line of work. I ordered 2 fish add chicken and he didn't seem to understand this either, and we got 2 chicken and 1 fish plate. Looking in the bag to check the order (Because the receipt said 2 chicken 1 fish) I was told to move my car out of line there was a car behind me (very rudely). Everyone was Incredibly purposefully rude (and laughing about it), the place is dirty, I was over charged, my order was wrong and I was afraid to even eat the food if it was right after leaving there. The "southwest bowl" had a little bit of rice in the bottom I'm wondering if this was on purpose. I called the manager and was told she would have a talk with him but I don't believe it and no offer to fix the order. Please hire new staff, including the manager. I'll be seeking a refund and making phone calls until something is done. .

Website says they close at 10pm. Went to drive-thru at 9 pm. No one answered. Pull up to window and told me they closed at 9 and that the time is wrong online. Very disappointed.
Very friendly lady working drive threw. Food was fresh and hot
