Had chicken sandwich with thick cut bacon. What a joke. It was so thin and cold also. Waiter couldn't believe how thin it was all and Manager says that is what it is.. I won't be back

I know that business's have to raise prices, but seriously .99 for butter on a steak! This establishment just did not have a good atmosphere. our waitress was good.

Was there just before 8:00 pm. Only 20 people there. We waited to order drinks then finally got the drinks and ordered dinner. My steak was suppose to be medium rare. It was Burnt sent it back. They would put a rush on the reorder. 20 min later received it it was well done. Got the check and to go boxes left. Not going back anytime soon

My wife and I went to dinner here and ordered steak. Their "chef" plated our steak wrong. Our server even asked the chef if they plated our plates correctly before serving our plates to us. Low and behold...it was incorrect. So obviously their chef wasn't paying attention and on top of all that, my wife's steak was too charred to even eat!! All she tasted was charcoal. Next thing that I would like you mention is that, one of their chef wasn't wearing a hair net or a hat!Moving on down the list of my concerns. Our waitress started out really helpful, but by the middle of her serving us..she disappeared without asking us how our food was or if we needed anything. When we told our waitress about the issue of our food, she didn't fix the issue of our steak and once again...she disappeared. At this point, we simply got fed up and asked another waiter to get our waitress so we can pay our bad food and leave. Her name is Rose, and will not eat at this establishment again. When you think of Logans, they serve you peanuts while you wait..but where are the peanuts? Oh!! Wait...covid regulations...right. At least put some peanuts in a bag for your customers to munch on. Right?I hope my two cents of information helps. If you do end up going and your food turned out great..then we must have gone to Logans on a full moon. ? Note taken..don't go on a full moon to Logans. ?

Ate here the end of February, unfortunately did not get my servers name. I ordered the Logan, but was told they were out. So I ordered a 6oz sirloin then added the grilled chicken and fried shrimp add on. Shortly after the table next to me ordered the Logan and was told there was one left. Glad my server thought they were out because my food was absolutely delicious. Server overall was good, food was great. Bar drinks were good even had knowledge of older drinks they had, but unfortunately didn't carry ingredients to make any longer. Thank you for a GREAT lunch.

Placed a order for our office. Almost $300 (which included a $45 tip on a carryout order). Got it back to our office and was SO incredibly disappointed. Half of the rolls we had to pay extra for were borderline burnt. Apparently "broccoli casserole" is actually just cold mushy broccoli with some terrible cheese melted on top. Paid extra for "garlic butter" for the top of 3 steak ($3 extra) and none of the steaks had it on top. Missing crab cakes from not 1 but both orders of the surf and turf, missing baked potato, cold rubbery shrimp and apparently 2 tablespoons of rice is considered a side. 2 of the steaks were overcooked, cold and tough and the other was supposed to be medium and was so bloody she couldn't eat it. I used to love Logan's but the past couple times we have ordered it is NOT worth the price they charge. Pretty pathetic. Especially when they expect a tip on a to-go order!

Our server was awesome but 1/2 of the stuff we ordered they was out of idk if the manager is not ordering the stuff or if there haveing trouble getting there deliveries in.

I've been here twice now, and have had a great experience both times. Steaks were cooked just right. It's a great spot for the family or for a date night.

Our waitress was awful. Her name was Rosie. She would walk away before we could even tell her what we wanted. we said thank you to her many times and she didn’t say anything. just simply walked away from us. checked in on us once. we had to eat our meals without a drink because she would walk by and ignore us when we asked for more. we had to ask another waiter for dipping sauce. our potato skins were dry and cold. will not be going back for awhile!!

Disappointed both New Year's Eve and about two weeks ago when we went for my birthday dinner. (Ordered filet that night and it came out overcooked and dry but edible)  Options for sirloin steak are now just six or twelve oz. Got the six. Had it been edible it would have been about four bites worth. Smallest piece of meat I've ever seen at a restaurant that advertises as a  steak house. Ordered it medium. It came out burnt and charred and past well done. Asked for a replacement. It came out marginally better, just as small, still over done, and not until everyone one else at the table was finished. Had the server pack it to go without even tasting it.  My husband did get the ribs and they were delicious.  He was very pleased and he is usually the picky one.  I worked my way through college waiting tables so I tend to be more patient than he is about things. The Manager came by while the server was packing my second piece of charcoal - I mean steak -  to take home. He asked how everything was. We quietly told him. He was very sorry and shrugged as he explained: "well, it's COVID. Can't find any good help. We're just taking anyone off the street we can find." No offer to make it right or to offer a discount. As a customer who is patient, willing to see if it can be made right, and a good tipper I am getting pretty tired of the Covid excuse.  At this point, that's all it is.  And before people holler, no, we didn't punish the server. She was awesome, cheerful, and very apologetic. She did everything we asked of her and received the 30 percent tip we give for good service since COVID issues. She wasn't at fault. We'll just have to wait it out at Logan's until they can find a steak chef that knows how to cook properly. It seems to cycle with Logan's.  We've been eating there since the Cape Girardeau location was built.  Sometimes you get a steak that makes you weep it's so perfectly cooked and other times it's like last night.  The meat cuts are great.  The cooks are not always so much.   For now we are done with them.Attaching a photo of our bill and the meal I received.  The second steak was not great either so since it arrived after my husband was finished eating I brought it home and our dog was extremely grateful for it.  Just not how I'd planned to have my sirloin dinner.  BTW everything else was delicious, but we come for the steaks.
