Worst service ordered food over an hour ago said it was done and out for delivery 20 minutes ago and it still not here. When food was brought finally I had to go to work and the food was room temperature when it supposed to be cold due to being left out to long may I add the sandwich had cheese and mayo on it. They are trying to hurt people. Never again rather get subway it taste better anyways.
This Jimmy Johns is NOT freaky fast. They have also forgot the turkey on the last 2/3 sandwiches I’ve ordered. Will go to the Jackson location from here on.
WOW!!!! Just did curbside and ordered the new Zesty Garden Turkey club and it was SAD!!! If only I could post the sad pic of my sandwich. Talk about FALSE ADVERTISING!!!
Super fast delivery. Sometimes it's very busy and it can take longer for the order to come. Fresh bread baked daily. Food is amazingly fresh! Give em a call for delivery or use the drive through! Don't forget the chocolate chip cookie!!!
If I could give less than one star I would. I ordered from them at 8pm and the guy said no-one was ahead of me so I would have my order in about ten or fifteen minutes However after taking my money from my debit card the food never arrived. The store stopped answering the phone by 8:30 and closed at nine. I waited till ten and still no Food! Needless to say I am furious.
3 prices of ham on a sandwich with some cheese that's supposed to be enough for a pregnant person ?! I'm not happy at all about it I got the wrong sandwich anyways I don't like ham .
I had an issue with a previous order. The manager JARED and his staff were fast to make it right and then some.. I appreciate not only this locations workers but also their manager. Despite the issue, myself any sister will 100% keep returning to this location. 10/10 on service.
Terrible service, and they got my order wrong twice while i was sitting in the drive thru. The staff was very rude and seemed very aggravated at the fact they had to fix my order they had messed up to begin with. Really wasn't happy when they had to fix it once again because they still got it wrong.

Staff was rude as can be saying they wouldn’t give us water because of the way the machine worked, of the two orders we made both were completely wrong, we racked up a $30 tab and ended up not eating a bit of it because of missing ingredients, added unwanted ones we asked specifically not for that weren’t even listed on the menu. Food and staff were not good would not recommend
