Well the person who sat us down was nice and friendly no complaints about that but the waiter Tiffany this is not the job for her I said excuse me very politely and she said hold on a sec I gotta print your ticket so rudely also she never came to see if everything was okay then on top of that y'all charge an extra 3.59 for a small glass of apple juice and on the ticket it says large that is ridiculous I'm thinking I was about to spend 10-15 on a meal for two but instead I spent 30.37 will never come back to this establishment food was good though but not good enough for the service.
It was good, but nothing extra special. We had breakfast. Everything was cooked how we had ordered it. There was no line, but also no host/hostess up front, so we had to wait several mins to be seated. Staff was attentive after that, and friendly. Cost was $26 for two. I had 2 eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, toast and coffee. My companion had same, except bacon instead of sausage, and soda instead of coffee.
The young lady that took our order was very courteous and professional. Our food was cooked perfectly as ordered. We are also very thankful for the 55-plus option as I am disabled.
Every time I go here, I have to wait at least 15mins. I have tried so many times to order online both through the app and through the website. I have still not ever been able to. So, I have to call over and over again until I get an answer to place my order. This process takes at least 10-15mins just to get anyone to pick up the phone. When I do finally get my order placed they usually tell me 15-20 mins, so I have come to the understanding that after I wait 25 mins before leaving my house, I will STILL have to wait at the very least 10 mins to get my order. I love the food and the ladies working there are always kind and always busy, but the whole process of getting my order takes so long that I have stopped eating there. It's not the workers fault at all, just VERY understaffed and I don't think the lady at the front knows how to prioritize yet. (She's been there a long time).
Good breakfast......service was great.Had an issue because they had no creamers due to lack of supply. But not the staffs issue. IHOP corporation gotta do better.
Went there yesterday morning and the host was great and we were seated right away, that were it went straight down hill. We waited way to long for someone to come and take our order, I had to flag someone down with waving my menu. We ordered normal stuff from the menu but when we got our food my husband's eggs were cold the toast was overdone and my chocolate milk had just a drop of chocolate in it. I had to ask for some chocolate syrup to add to it. The coffee pot that they put on our table had old coffee spilled all over it and was very obvious that it wasn't washed. The restaurant just didn't seem cleans the floor below our feet had not been swept and there was dropped food from previous customers. We will not be back.
Lots of empty table but had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated. Then food was good. Service (waitress) was good.
We waited a little bit to get in. Waitress was very kind and attentive. Food was fixed just like we asked. Food was hot. Everyone around was kind and friendly. Will definitely go again.
Service was good, but the food delivered was very cold! Probably won't ever go back
The waiters & waitresses are on point. Terry,Bambi,& a few others are great at their job. Breakfast Sampler for $15 is tops. 2 pancakes,2 eggs, 2,sometimes 3 strips of bacon! Oh & it continues with 2 sausage links, 2 pieces of country breakfast ham & finally hashbrowns served with chocolate milk & a water. All for less than $16 unless Tips which I suggest so $20 for it all. They also have the best indoor overhead music in town. I go once a week if I can
