We went for Sunday brunch and it was delicious! I had the short rib has and my friend had the figgy piggy. So good!
Great experience here. Came with a friend to try this place out and it was worth the 2 hour drive from St. Louis. I got the duck fettuccine and it was very rich and flavorful. Our waitress was very helpful with our wine selection and overall it was a very good experience being able to dine here. I would highly recommend people to stop by and check this place out if they are ever in the mood for Italian food.
Came here with a colleague. The food was absolutely amazing!! I would highly recommend this place if you ever make a trip down to Cape Girardeau.
The food was amazing and the service was even better. The owner's passion for his craft and employees is wonderful. He shared his personal story of moving to Cape Girardeau and it added the special touch small businesses specialize in offering. Definitely recommend.
Gabriel’s has always been a favorite of mine but I’m not sure I will go back. The service was absolutely horrible! When we arrived we were surprised that there were so many empty tables but after experiencing the horrible service I understand why the place was empty!
Passing through the “Cape” and was attracted to this Italian restaurant within walking distance of the Marriott (also very good!). Very nice ambiance and interesting menu. Our server was Rachel, and she was wonderful! We had the cheese ravioli with a short-rib ragout- very tasty. Burata salad was excellent. My wife and I split both dishes, which was mo problem for the house. Wine list was fairly good for a small town in southern Missouri.
First time at an Italian restaurant and I must say the food was delicious. I ordered the spaghetti and a cosmopolitan. It was a good experience for the first time.
Excellent food and service. One of the best restaurants in Cape Girardeau. The appetizers were excellent. I had the duck fettuccine and it was very good.Definitely worth your time.
Great service. Food was fantastic, I had the salmon and the combination of that, asparagus and scalloped potato really popped off. Everyone was super friendly and the chef was checking in with us to make sure everything was good. 10/10
Went here for a nice Easter dinner with the family, horrible service my fiancée didn’t get served water the first time around, the steak was overdone, lobster over cooked, and our two orders of duck linguine were just horrible. You know it’s bad when the kid in the group even said “these potatoes are very peppery” as we look over and see a giant black spot on the potatoes he is eating. When trying to talk to the waiter about these issues we were met with excuses about how it was one of the chefs first nights alone and even though he’s experienced he was nervous. Even if that is the case don’t hire inexperienced chefs at a restaurant that is suppose to be one of the top in town.Don’t worry we won’t be back, on the bright side my sangria was good so that’s a plus.
