so i’m not one to complain about any customer service experience, but this one was just embarrassing. when my sister and i sat down the two employees sat down right next to us on their phones, cussing, saying b****, and everything else. one had blonde hair and glasses and the other had dark hair. me and my sister felt very uncomfortable and felt it was inappropriate the way they were acting RIGHT IN FRONT OF US. very sad.
" we close at 10" is what my son and I was told when we walked in to the Fazzoli in Cape MO at 9:30pm. I ordered a chicken carbonaro and they said they needed to make chicken and asked if I still wanted because it woukd take a minute and they were closing at 10. I said yes. After the meal arrived, thay again said "we close at 10". 1/4 the way thru the meal thay came to our table and said "just letting you know we close in 10 minutes". At 10pm they were cleaning iff our table. Im sending a note to corporate, along with this review.
Love the smell of Italian food, especially the bread! Had the ultimate spaghetti with salad and garlic bread sticks. YUM! Never disappointed at Fazoli's!
Every time I go here I have a good experience. Last time I got a couple extra breadsticks which made my day. The staff are always friendly and the food is always fresh. I know it can be difficult to channel through 100s of customers at a fast food chain quickly and effectively, and this particular Fazolis never fails to bring out the best service for each and every customer. Even my friends have off topic conversations about quality resturaunts and Fazolis in Cape usually gets brought up every time. The next closest Fazolis I live to up north doesnt even compare to customer service. Im still waiting for even a small, slight mistake just to know that they are just like every other fast food resturaunt and it's been years with no such mistake.
Poor , management, poor customer service,extremely poor attitude. Cussing costumers. Restaurant was dirty. Will not recommend. Rate negative 10 out of 10.
Llunch has been ok, after 4 food is not so great
Staff was rude, couldn't be bothered to do something with as much forethought as putting up a sign that their self serve kiosk had no printer for receipts, had no one up there to take the order of someone that may have wanted to deal with a person seems to be understaffed, and the food was not good at all .... I dont come here for a 4 star meal, and I know that, but there was no redeeming qualities to that meal at all. No salt on anything but the breadsticks that seemed to have a days worth of sodium per bite... it will be a while before I bother coming back, see if time can fix this issue..
We always enjoy our visits to Fazoli's. The bread sticks are delicious!
