Came thru the drive thru & got 2 L Vanilla iced coffees w extra cream & sugar w light ice. Both cups are half full w ice, the cups aren’t even full w coffee. I poured some of mine into my mom’s coffee so she could have a full cup of coffee. I was left w half a cup of coffee. I shouldn’t have to pour some of my coffee into someone else’s so they have a full cup of coffee. Both cups should be FULL NOT half full. I paid $7 for this!!! DO BETTER DUNKIN!!!?

Worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. A $30 order and not a single thing was good. Placed my order on the app and when got to the store it took over 30 minutes for them to get my order ready. When I finally received my order they told me they ran out of French crullers and substituted it for plain glazed. So my dozen donuts mostly consisted of glazed and that’s not what I wanted. On top of all that my 2 iced coffees were watered down from sitting for who knows how long.. Our Boston Kreme donuts barely even had chocolate on them. Not happy with this experience at all. Could have went to Walmart and spent a fraction of the money on better tasting donuts too.

Most of the workers at cape are very rude!!!There coffee always tastes different even when you order the same thing every time you go. It’s kinda sad McDonald’s can make a better coffee then they do. Cape Girardeau location is a joke.

My favorite coffee is an iced Hazelnut. Yesterday, I ordered a Hazelnut latte from the Cape Dunkin. Some guy taking my order said they don’t sell hazelnut anymore and so I went with a pumpkin latte. Then the guy repeated to me “ again the discontinuation of the hazelnut is permanent so maybe next time you come here, order something else “ I completely understand being stressed out at work but being in customer service is the job so clearly he needs to find a new career. There was no need to be so frustrated or rude or disrespectful to a CUSTOMER about the lack of hazelnut. And I found today, Dunkin Carrie’s the sugar free hazelnut still just not the regular one. Please talk to that man about finding a less stressful job if he isn’t competent to talk to other people in a respectful friendly tone.

I've ordered doordash from them multiple times, and they've forgotten something twice, and this last time I ordered 10 donut holes and a Large drink. They sent me a medium drink and only 8 donut holes... Just kinda sad if you ask me :/

Ordered off of DoorDash.Got 6 donuts- all staleHash browns were burnt and only received 6 from a medium bag.Sandwich was supposed to have bacon, it did not.Was not impressed at all. First time getting there too. Will not be returning

I ordered thru door dash. But I got a ham and cheese on sourdough and it was ?????along with my powdered donut. Thanks for making my morning even more enjoyable on this thanksgiving break!!!!

I just want to know why so many of the workers have such an attitude problem. I work at another coffee shop that is extremely busy 24/7 and sometimes understaffed. I know how difficult it can be. But, that is absolutely no excuse to be so blatantly rude to customers and to get away with it because you’re providing a service. If customers are rude first, that is a whole other issue. But this is ridiculous. I always try to stay patient and kind and the window is always slammed in my face or the workers say things under their breath when I present that I got the wrong order, which happens more than it should as it is. Be kind. That’s all I’m asking. For me, it’s the way I feel like if I called to speak to a manager about this they would hang up, because everyone is just that rude.
