Dear Dominos, your employees are killing your business. I guess there is a pandemic for good service these days! Instead of answering the phone and place you on hold they rather pick up the phone and hang up on you. This happened several times. If that is not motivation to make pizza at home or buy from their competitors.Update: To be fare I contacted Marco's Pizza and a nice lady answered and took my order. The pizza was good at a good promotional price! 2 large 2 topping at $7.00 ea.
I placed an online order and 45 minutes later it said it was still being prepared so I called. A man answered and I said I just needed to check on an online order. He immediately said "Yeah will you'll get it whenever I actually have a driver to deliver it" and hung up on me. I tried calling back to cancel the order since it hadn't even been made yet but someone kept answering and hanging up on me. Then it got to where they wouldn't answer at all. I cannot believe how rude the man was and was even more shocked that he, or someone, would pick up my call just to hang it up without speaking to me. I wasn't upset that it was taking so long but I was upset he hung up on me and was so rude. I finally got my food an hour and a half later and it tasted disgusting.
Good pizza, fast delivery, but they charge 5 bucks for delivery
They forgot my cheesy bread. I specifically ordered because I wanted cheesy bread. I even offer 20% tip on all my orders, which is higher than the standard 15% that most people give, because I want them to take extra care to make sure all my items are there.All items you paid for should be delivered, that is the absolute BARE minimum of service. This happened when I ordered Fazoli's years ago, and they have not had my business since. Looks like Domino's is going on my boycott list as well. Also, I shouldn't have to call to resolve the problem, they should be calling me to offer me a full refund of the item they forgot + the tip I paid without knowing my order wasn't complete. The way I see it, Domino's owes me $15 if they ever want my business again, and I shouldn't have to do any work to get it.
The staff is always super friendly
It's so convenient to order pizza on the app before leaving work and pick it up on the way home. Unless you work next door, your pizza WILL be ready by the time you get there. Pizza is good, and prices are good especially if you check the coupon menu. We love the 3-topping $7.99 carryout special--it's a great value.

Brought 3 pizzas they were wrong ordered a day before and th we y did not have them ready so I was late for my son party at school so angry
Has become my go to place for good pizza. If use delivery they are quick to get order to you. Nice people working there.
