I used to work here in high school, place has gone downhill terribly. I never leave reviews but I was so angry when I left. Food sucks, and costs twice as much as other fast food places. Plain hamburger $4. Double cheeseburger $7.19! Can’t get your order correct. The plastic containers that the ice cream cakes come in are horrible, lid constantly pops off, just waiting for $30 dollar ice cream cake to hit the floor. The cakes used to come in a box. I guess that’s too expensive to put the cakes in a decent container. Manager licking something off her finger. Will never be back.
55 dollar online order. Got there exactly on time as per my apps 'done' time. They tell me they have it when I give them my details at the speaker. They proceed to lose my entire food order from the time it took me to get from the speaker to the window. All the time looking for my food let it get cold. Whole chicken strips in boxes were legitimately cold to the touch. Part of the order was just simply wrong. Needless to say my family was unable to get DQ that night, and I got a partial refund. They wouldn't refund the blizzards for whatever reason, dispite them being melted and disgusting after having to deal with the continued mistakes of the staff. Not a manager in sight during this entire thing.And just as an extra complaint, they're too lazy to go out and change the prices on their signs, they're about 3-4 dollars higher than advertised on their board which is absolutely ridiculous, I'm sure even in the fast pace of the food industry, someone could of stepped out there once since 2007. Sorry not sorry, DQ holds my place for worst restaurant in cape, simply due to incompetent staff.
I go there for malts and blizzards and the chicken strip basket. The burgers are too expensive especially when you compare the prices to identical burgers at other restaurants.
Was very well pleased with the 7 dollar deal but the burger and the chicken strips were fantastic, a boat load of Fry's and catsup to go along with it. I was very pleased that at Rush hour lunch the food was promptly served almost to hot to eat. I'll go again and again.

Went through drive thru at 8:28 pm on Friday 1/28/22. A lady came on the speaker and told me the ice cream machine was down. I asked her when I should come back and she said “tomorrow.” They didn’t close for another 1.5 hours. Instead of telling me to come back in 25-30 mins she said tomorrow lol. Little does she know, I was a manager at Dairy Queen for 3 years. There’s no way ALL the machines are down. Disappointed in management purposely shutting the machines down early to “clean” just so they can try and get out a little earlier. Terrible customer service and ran poorly.
One employees hair was way too long and in her face. The one who took our order was very rude and a couple of employees were complaining about being open.
Went by there on 1/9/22 and ordered a large chocolate dipped cone it was going to be $9.30 with tax needless to say I did not purchase it what a rip off
Food was 'ok' it was really hot and fresh tasting. Fries were old. When I was asked my order, I politely responded to the gentleman, and it was like he got flustered that I didn't immediately get straight to ordering. The young lady that completed my order was personable and respectful.
They have great onion rings are Awesome.
