First Chili's experience, I was impressed! Restaurant was modern and very nice. Food and service was great. I ordered the Bacon Rancher burger and couldn't believe how big it was. It looked just like the picture in the menu. Just as good or better than a 5 guys burger IMHO. Can't wait to go back!
We had to wait 20 minutes but we had a larger group so it was okay. The service was amazing, someone at our table got the wrong food and they were quick to fix the mess up, food was absolutely delicious. Would recommend for a quick bite to eat! I had the brisket platter with a blackberry margarita!
Everything seemed great. I wasn't a huge fan of the steak though. The first time it came out raw. So I had them cook it more. (Ordered medium well) and it still came out undercooked. Luckily I had 2 margaritas and was able to eat it.
One of my favorite places to eat! Prices are reasonable, with their variety of combos meals, such as meal for 2 deal that includes an appetizer of your choice, 2, of many yummy entrées to choose from, and even a dessert! (That's what my husband and I have been getting, because it's such a great deal!) The food and the service/staff are always excellent every time!! I highly recommend this place to anyone! ☺️
The atmosphere was great. The food was good. But...I had a side salad, broccoli, 3 slices of fried green tomatoes and Mac & Cheese (no meat) with 2 cocktails and the bill was in the neighborhood of $60. It wasn't over the top good enough for that price.
The good news is they pay their Servers $5.50/hour plus customer tips! Yet each Server pays 5% of their Own Tips to the Bartenders (1%) & Food Runners (4%) or ($25 for every $500 of their daily sold-sales, the waiters/waitresses pays out of their Tips. Translates to $50 for $1,000 in daily Sales, etc.) Meaning, each server is an employer. Example: A server “Joe” sells $500 for lunch, Joe makes $75 in tips for the lunch period, Joe pays out (5%) $25 or 1/3 of his $75 to the Food Runners (4%) & Bartender (1%) (even if Joe doesn’t sell a single alcoholic beverage or use the bartender for any reason ). While Chili’s Should be paying their Bartender & Food Runners a living wage, and their tips should be paid ‘BY THE EMPLOYER’ CHILI’s from the daily sales; BUT All servers pay 5% of their daily sales to the Bar & Runners!! Yet, servers still seem to treat their guests (customers) like Gold, even though many of them are Barely Making enough to Survive. Think about that next time you think you’re having a bad day!!
they use to have good food, now it's old, small portions, had to send it back cold strips and tasted like burnt grease
everybody was really nice. and the food was delicious
This is my go to place when I'm out shopping in Cape! Their margaritas are fantastic and the food always comes out perfect! Yum!!!
