In between dr appointments I was going to grab a chicken biscuit from Chick-fil-A. After I got in the line I realized my debit card was in the other Jeep. ??♀️ But unfortunately, I was stuck in the line- there is no getting out of line after someone pulls in behind you. So, I embarrassingly explain the situation when I got up to the speaker. That I was sorry but won’t be ordering anything. She says, were you wanting a chicken biscuit, I said yea but that’s okay. She said, “oh no! We will just give it to you, no worries at all” I kept asking are you sure, at the window and they all said: “it happens, it’s our pleasure” Talk about going above and beyond! Thank you guys!! ???❤️?
Waited forever got to the window and of course I had to wait on a simple wrap! Was told to drive around after I already waited forever in line, and with the high gas prices I wasn’t happy! Wasn’t a satisfied customer and will think twice before going back! Some places only get one shot. Wasn’t impressed, the wrap I waited on was OVER PRICED For a tiny little wrap! 2 spicy chicken sandwiches plain with a wrap was 18.87. 3 items
The food failed to satisfied, appeared to be short handed with staffed. Food didn't look desirable, facility was saddley left under standard for meals.I couldn't feel comfortable with employment in your facility. I take pride doing a successful job & the importance satisfied, comfortable settings. I will proudly take care of myself & companions by necessity to enjoy my food with enjoyment and safety. I will not be returning nor could I recommend you without a truthful spirit or pleasant memories. It allows me no desirable experience to speak positively. Shame to owners, management or workers ?
I used to love going to chic fil a bit here recently the quality has went WAY down, my fries are never full, I’m lucky to have them filled half way, and it looks like my sandwiches were put together at McDonald’s, sloppy and I never get the extra pickles I order neither. I wonder if the owner still hangs out there throughout the day to check quality, it doesn’t seem like it but he sure needs to!
You order a grilled chicken sandwiches ch in gf bun and told at window all gf buns are frozen. Do they make an accommodation after you have paid for bun too. No!!! Poor service!

They take up the road on three streets. You can't turn in, you can't drive around, you can't move forward through this congestion in anyway. The drivers are rude and curse and give fi hers to people who are just trying to get to the hospital or people who are working and delivering themselves. The staff outside does not direct the cars in anyway. They won't even allow you to speak to them unless they r taking your order. Remember, Attitude reflects leadership. I wound up in that line being treated poorly by the staff cuz they were mad they had to move cones to let me out of the line. Well, if the first person had allowed me to speak and ask my question I would not have been in the line. If the second worker had allowed me to speak I would bot have wound up behind cones. If the owners could train the managers to train the staff to be polite, respectful, patient, and willing to listen to a customer. Those few things would make the world of difference for customers who are treated poorly by the staff. They probably just aren't trained to do anything else aside from usher the line fwd as fast as they can once you get within 4 feet of the shade tents. They need to direct traffic so they do not take up the road. As it is now you have to go around the long way to get to the hospital cuz their drivethru traffic wraps three different directions on two different streets. there's no way to even drive into the parking lot and park to get inside due to the congestion for drive thru. The drivers get offended like your cutting in line so they start trying to barricade the openings so you can't pass them and the outside staff does nothing even when they see this happen. those kids need adult supervision in the parking lot. Where's the owner, do they not see this footage? Do they not care about the rest of the world or the other businesses around them? It's just let the cars in here to get food it doesn't matter who or what or how we treat others as long as we get our Chick-fil-A. The owner must think the same, it doesn't matter what they do as long as they make a buck. Get it together, I've seen other Chick-fil-A all over the country and this is the only one that can not fix its traffic congestion issues outside on the public streets around the store. something should be done, add another driveway, somethingAfter all of this happened about 5 times I gave up even trying to eat here. It's not worth the 45 min wait to get into the parking lot to park to go in, it doesn't help to make a pick up order either, unless you park at the hospital and walk up on foot. As usual for a Chick fil A, the service was fast and friendly. Any mistakes are always rectified, food is as it should be. Plain, comforting and satisfying.
I had an issue this morning around 9:30am through the drive through window. The lady with redish hair in a ponytail was rude to me and gave me coffee that spilled all over me and my car. I proceeded to go in the store to tell a manager, and everyone was very rude to me. I could see the girl from the drive through talking about me to another co worker. I have never had this experience at any chick-fil-a. I just wanted to bring it to your attention as I will be calling corporate about this issue.
I'm a regular to other Chick-fil-a's, this is my first time to this one. Ordered the wrap and it was tiny, like, half the size it should have been. Chicken strips were extra greasy. Came out fast, though.
They did the most amazing thing for me about two weeks ago I got some food and accidentally gave one of the employees my 20 dollar bill so when I went back to get it they said I needed the receipt which I didn’t have at the time so I said forget it and as soon as I was getting in my car they chased me and said they checked with all the employees that where outside and they had my 20 and they got it back to me. I’m glad it was Chick-fil-A because I’m sure McDonald’s or another restaurant would’ve turned me right around when I went in and asked if they had the money
