Poor customer service, got multiple things wrong, I had to return to get my sweet tea because they gave me an unsweet, I think everything is good and come home to my meal looking like a 2 year old put it together. I worked fast food and retail for 6 years and have never seen a fast food place make so many mistakes so often. I'll let the tea slide, mistakes happen, but my meal looks like it was dropped on the floor and stepped on.
I went inside to order food and the three people at the counter were too busy socializing to take my order. I'm still hungry but I guess I'll keep looking. why keep the lobby open if you don't take orders in there
I don't know what's with Cape burger kings but they should never be described as fast food. Both locations are dreadfully slow in the drive through. Expect 30 minute waits consistently.
Took 45 min in the drive thru, from time of order to time of food in hands with only 6 people in front of us. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this store.

It honestly wasn't all that good the people are rude and the food was nasty they were using gloves that they touch their clothes with and still touching food with it I wouldn't recommend it

Fast and accurate service like you would expect from Burger King ?.This experience included excellent quality food for a bargain, 2 meals for $10.I would highly recommend this Burger King if you are in the Cape Girardeau area in Missouri.
