We absolutely love Broussards!!! We drive about an hour and a half to Cape Girardeau on date nights just to get dinner here! Everything we've tried has been delicious. The service is friendly, facility and restrooms are clean. The etouffe is the best I've had outside of Louisiana. The drinks are delicious as well.

My husband and I were seated in the bar area, was a busy Saturday evening. Didn't have to wait very long to be seated so that was a plus. The manager grabbed our drinks for us while the waitress/bar tender finished with her 2 tables. She was Amazing and had wonderful workmanship just all around a great attitude. Our food was hot and fresh! Broussard's was on the A game that evening. The only negative for me was being seated right next to the hostess, (I'm cold all the time anymore ) so the door opening and people walking by just keep me a little chilled.

Amazing good. Fantastic drinks. My bartender Jessie was 10/10 all the way around. Best lunch I've had in Cape and I will absolutely be back!!!

The food here is very tasty, and when I went they were extremely busy. We had to put in a 45 minute reservation and went to a bar across the street as we waited. The drink selection was great, and the food was delicious. I enjoyed my experience here and will definitely come back.

Everyone I know that hasn't had "real Cajun food" absolutely loves this place. And this is probably as close as you're gonna get without a long drive south.I've tried some gator or crawfish every time I go, but it's never up to par with what my family has gotten in south Georgia or Louisiana. On my latest visit I went ahead and had the fried chicken fingers. They were really good. And as I hadn't tried the crawfish etouffe, I split it with my wife. Wow, much better than anything I've ordered here and tasty enough to make me want to venture into making it at home. That said, if you haven't had cajun this place is really good. If you haven't had gator meat before, try it! It's a little between fish and chicken and it's delicious if a tad expensive. And if you don't know what to order, make it crawfish or chicken etouffe.Service has always been good. In particular, our server this time (Luke) was exemplary.I also had a reason to use the bathroom here for the first time and found it a pleasantly clean single bathroom (lockable door and no stalls).

It was Honestly a great experience other than the 20 min wait to get a table on a sunday afternoon but as everyone know good things come to those who wait. First off the staff was extremely nice despite how busy they was at the time they acted as season vets appetizers were prepared perfectly with perfect timing on to the service drinks was off the signature list both the Hurricane and the Wild Turkey lemonade was a great addition to the meal gator tail Jambalaya, Red beans and rice even the Half & Half all huge portions in fact none of us could finish the fact that we all left full as a tick and still talking about how good the salad was is beyond me with a port wine & cheese dressing and homemade croutons this place even wowed my 6 year old. Thanks again Broussard's for the great service

This was our first visit to Broussard's but will not be out last! We live two hours away and we're talking about when we would go back just to go to Broussard's as we were leaving. The young man, Jake that waited on us was absolutely the best waiter we have ever had! The food was amazing, the service was top notch, the atmosphere was wonderful, it wasn't too loud, everything was awesome. There is a huge variety of food. It was all great. We had gator, oysters, pasta, gumbo, jambalaya, and crawfish. It was all wonderful! If you're not into spicy food (I am not) don't let the Cajun stir you away. There are plenty of options for you. If you love spicy food (as my son does) there is plenty for you as well. This restaurant overall is a 10 out of 10 for everyone.I'd like to talk about Jake again. He was just absolutely amazing! He was charismatic, helpful, on top of it, kept our glasses full, and just an amazing waiter! He really set the bar high for all servers. I cannot say enough good things about him!

I have been going to Broussard's since I was back in college (almost 20 years ago). Absolutely phenomenal food. It's truly a shame there isn't a location in every city. I just moved to Colorado Springs from St. Louis and I can tell you that outside of friends and family, I will miss Broussard's the most. If the owner(s) ever decide to expand I know a rocky mountain town in desperate need of incredible Cajun food. If you're passing through Cape I cannot recommend this place enough. My personal favorites are the house salad dressing and the etouffee.

The food was amazing and so was the service. Brittany our waitress was fantastic. Looking forward to our next visit. You have to try the bread pudding, it is amazing. We brought some back home.

Best Cajun food that I've had in my life. Super cool and friendly staff great drinks. The food was so good that I wanted to meet the cook. May I add veteran friendly. Can't wait to dine there again.
