Very nice and very comfortable atmosphere....waiter was on it. Food was great.. little known fact:I met Dave Batista here back in 2003-4.. somewhere in there...he came in after a wrestling match at the show me center... What a awesome experience..
We ventured out to find a diner and went to applebees. As we drove into the parking lot, we noticed that there were a few cars. We walked in and noticed that there was a few customers in the building and had 3 servers were in the distance wrapping silverware and not paying attention to the people walking in. Once a server recognized us after 15 mins, the person in the line before us, he was looking for an application for employment and was told to go to a certain website. After the server had finished with the prior person they seated us. We noticed that the floors were unkept and the windows were dirty. We did stay for very long and ventured to eat at a different establishment. I am going to place this one on my suspension list for a month.
The service was great...but the food was awful. I ordered the classic cheeseburger....it came with no cheese.... Son got pasta with alfrado sauce but we could barley see any sauce. Very disappointed.
Although we were the only customers in Applebee's. It took a long time to get our food . When I food did arrive, it was wrong. They re cooked our meal and it was burned. The.music was horrible and our waitress wore her coat the entire time. The coat was dirty around the wrist and the fur lining. Very disappointed ?
The food was pretty good. Out of a few things we wanted. Bathrooms could of used a cleaning.
Kept giving my daughter the wrong drink. Took forever to get food which wasn't warm. Silverware was not fully clean. So not worth the money. We had to take our food to go to prevent being late to an appointment even though we allowed an hour.
Loved the place and people! Food was awesome and staff were absolutely amazing.
We ordered steak with garlic mashed potatoes. There was little to no seasoning on anything. There was no salt or pepper on the table. The waitress was very good but the food was terrible. On a scale from 1 to 5 I give it a 2 and that was to give the waitress the credit she deserved.
The service was awful. We waited to be seated for several minutes. After being seated, we waited quite awhile for the waitress to come. She finally took our drink order and then took a long time to return with our drinks. Instead of taking our order at that time, she said that she'd give us more time to look at the menu and then walked away before we could tell her that we were ready to order. I had finished my first beverage before she ever came back. She took our order and said that she'd bring me another sweet tea. She apologized for taking so long to bring the tea, when she finally brought it. We noticed that at the tables around us, she was SAYING, "I'm sorry," often. Whether she was new or just not cut out for the job is anyone's guess.
3 cheese chicken penne, fiesta lime checking and caesar salad
