Drive thru girl is nice!!
I almost drove away when late one night there were rough looking people next to the drive through ordering station. The people behind the window were helpful and said it was the manager fixing something. But it was scary wondering if I was going to be harassed in the drive through. The manager could have spoken or made eye contact or something to help customers feel safer.
I felt so bad for those that were working at the Branson MI Wendy's as they were short staffed, and a couple huge orders came in and expected their order right away along with being very rude. The staff were better than I was as I had to walk away till they were gone. I got a taco salad which was delicious and the staff were the greatest.
If I could 0 stars I would. When I receive my order the chili was super watery, which I was ok with. Then when I looked at my burger that was supposed to be a Sun of baconator ended up only being a jr bacon cheese burger with one patty.. It was also supposed to be plain, which it was not. When they remade it, I received a bloody raw burger. When I realized how much problems I had with my order, I had my girlfriend take a look at her hot honey chicken sandwich, it ended up not even have everything on it. It had no cheese or bacon. It barely had any sauce on it. We didn’t even get to eat our meal because of how unsatisfied we were with our order. We ended up just asking for a refund. This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to.
Ordered my food and got it no problems then tried ordering dessert and the lady running the register completely ignored me and stuff there so after waiting for several minutes I left without my dessert. Very disappointing! I've worked fast food before it's not at all hard to take someone's order!
Do you want a place that is open late? Do you want trash all over the floor and sticky table tops? Then this Wendy's might be for you. We arrived late to our hotel. Most things in Branson are closed by 9. Thankfully Wendy's was open. The food tasted exactly like Wendy's. The trash cans were over filled. The floors had litter everywhere. We tried to pick the least "sticky" top table we could find. Glad they were open but can't recommend.
We went to the Wendy's on HWY 76 for lunch this past week. On the front window was a big ad for $1 Dave's burgers. The only catch: You had to order online. No problem. We download the app and try to order online. Couldn't order from that location, however. We went to the counter and they said there was nothing they can do. I've never run a restaurant, but people in my family have and there's one thing I know: A manager has the authority to make things right with customers, with regards to orders. So instead of getting the burger for $1, as ADVERTISED on the front window, we could get it for $5. We contacted Wendy's by e-mail afterwards and they again chose to not do anything to make this right. At the very least, this simply false advertising. It's classic bait and switch. Pathetic. We've been to that particular Wendys a bunch of times over the years. Not enough to impact their business, but we won't be giving them any more of our money. Lost us over a $1 burger. Not very smart business.
Second best Wendy's ever! I had a Baconnator combo that didn't disappoint. My wife had grilled chicken sandwich ahead had no complaints. I rate this location 4 stars on food. Some of the most personable, thorough employees I have ever felt with. They definitely get 5 stars. There were busy!??????
I've been standing here for 20 mins while pink haired Monica chit chats and messes around completely oblivious that the line is out the door. The lady that ordered before us had her finished order sitting there the entire time. The bathroom utilities are broken. This place is a joke.
Restaurant was clean as were the bathrooms. It was a bit on the slow side but the orders were correct. All in all if you don't want to wait for an hour to get a seat somewhere it's a good choice.
