I worked at the store on the Branson area and I was the man in the wheelchair trying to make sure that you had a Great and Wonderful experience in the store. I would like to take the time to Apologize to the Manager Marshall for me bringing him to the point where I forced him to Terminate my employment with him. I hope that you,Marshall will find it in your heart ❤ to one day forgive me for not having a different way of communication with you than most people. I will one day stop by the store to Apologize to you personally and I hope that you will be able to forgive me and then shake Hands ? I have never been so disrespected in a retail food setting as I was today. My spouse and I travel to this location to pick up an order the order was completely inaccurate the hamburger was undercooked and pink which is a dangerous health concern besides the fact that the order was incorrect. I made a very respectful call to the manager who advised me that quote unquote I don't know how it goes here. She stated that during the Branson season that they hire people from the Dominican Republic and they're having issues with training this was an attempt at discrediting my issue and deflecting from her failure as a manager to make sure orders go out accurately. I have a picture and I will be going to speak with either the franchise owner or the general manager or corporate tomorrow first thing in the morning. As a final insult as I advised the managerial "professional" that she was trying to deflect from the fact that I had an issue and that that was unprofessional.she hung up on me I would avoid this place.
I come here a couple of times a week and literally the last five times I have come here you have sold me ice cold chicken nuggets. I will be calling the health department on this because it is a safety issue and I am sick and tired of getting cold food from this restaurant. I also specifically asked for no ketchup and Mayo on my burger and I got a pile of ketchup and mayo. Can you train your employees to do their jobs competently? Extremely disappointed with the terrible food and poor service.
Always fast and efficient absolutely love the spicy chicken sandwiches and the baconators fast and friendly service hot food a great place to take the family.
We were shocked to see that they had a 50 piece nugget deal for $9.99! We have five kids and that was perfect for them. They also had three awesome choices and salad that my wife loved. We were super happy to be able to eat as a family for under $ $40! I'm sure Dave would be proud!
Personnel were very friendly. Service was quick. Order was correct. Even though they were very busy, we still took time for a couple of quick laughs. Great place to go!
We don't have a Wendy's where we live so we almost always make it a point to find one when we travel to get our Frosty fix! Food was delivered quickly in the drive through (sadly you still can't dine in at Wendy's restaurants), only issue was my vanilla frosty came out as chocolate. No big deal, the chocolate was just fine by me! Friendly and quick service, we will make it a point to revisit this location the next time we are in the Branson area!
Foods good,I asked for fresh fries,I touched them and they were grabbed and thrown across the counter and behind it.I was verbally attached and he called the cops on me.I waited outside but the police didn't show.He said I was his problem so I told him I would pray for him and I left.
Very kind staff and great food at a decent price, especially with the app coupons!
Good customer service. Order something wrong while in the drive-thru ordered a burger but but forgot to add onion and when we got to the window they were able to do it either way and without giving attitude which most places around here will give you an attitude regardless of ordering correctly or not.
