Boy am I glad we stopped here! I'd been looking for good bbq the whole time we were here and little did I know the best was just across the street from where we were staying (The Village) . The portions were generous and the flavor was great. I am very picky when it comes to brisket and theirs was spot on. Ribs were cooked to perfection and the beans had brisket pieces in them. The owners were the nicest people you would want to meet and even gave our three girls bubbles. Definitely recommended and I will be going back before we leave!!
The loaded baked potato is HUGE and delicious. Saved half of mine for tomorrow's lunch. Staff is super friendly.
Fantastic customer service! Highly recommend! Their wing box was amazing! Was great watching the game and showing up with a box of wings with dipping spaces ready to go. Was able to get 2 different sauces on the wings and the dusted fries were awesome! Also the nachos were great! I will be getting those 2 again next time I'm down! Make the wing box a permanent menu item please!

Went last night with some friends from work. Had to try the loaded baked potato!!! Oh my goodness, delicious! Love how you can choose your toppings. I got mine with pork, and added some tomato and onion along with the usual butter, cheese, and sour cream. I live nearby; this is definitely my go-to place whenever I have family or friends over. Highly recommend!
Amazing food and service!! Super good, I would highly suggest it. They also have sugar free BBQ sauce way to go!!!!!
My fiancé and I visit Branson once every or every other month to visit family and stay at this nice lakeside condo called The Village. Right across the street was Fat Daddy's, we decided to stop in since we had a craving for some BBQ, and who doesn't love food trucks? Some people would say the prices were pretty high, but that's the premium you pay for quality food and the convenience of a food truck. They had 3 large fans blowing air throughout their mulched seating area. The tables weren't anchored that well to the ground so they were a bit wobbly, but we found one that was pretty solid. We tried the cheeseburger and the BBQ Mac and Cheese. They had $2 tacos which was FANTASTIC! Fried hard shell, we tried the chicken, pork, and brisket and they were all good in their own right. The whole experience was great, and the customer service was spot on. I forgot the name of the man who served us, but he made it a pleasant experience. Will definitely come back on our next trip!
Their catering is incredible! I’ve had their brisket and their Big Daddy Burger and it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! The owners seem like very fun and passionate people. Definitely recommend!
Great food, nice owners & staff. Smoked cheeseburger is great as were ribs. Smoked green beans were very good too. We just had brisket, pulled pork & nachos & it was also great.
So this was my first time eating at this establishment and I wasn’t really sure what I wanted - the owner offered me a sample platter of pretty much everything on the menu.Without going into detail, I ate like a savage - everything was good, especially the ribs. Barbecue sauce was offered to me as a side, but the entire sampler had little need for it as it all had good texture, flavor, and wasn’t too wet or dry. All said I plan to go back as often as I can.
