Looked on there website to check and see when they closed, and it said 3:00am. So we made the drive it was around 12:00. When we pulled up to the drive through the lady was extremely rude from the moment we asked for our order. When we gave her out order she told us “We you’re gonna have to wait because I don’t know if we’ll even have enough meat”. Which was fine she then told us “Yeah we are actually closing; well we’re actually closed so you guys could try to come earlier” I tried to tell her that we checked the website. But was unable to get that out before she said yet again they were actually closed.

My husband and I went through the drive through and ordered some food. When we got to the window we realized we forgot to order our daughter (who is nonverbal) some cheesy roll ups. She is special needs, and doesn’t know how to speak up. We knew they probably couldn’t add it to the order because it was already made. We told them we’d be back through and to know we’d be ordering them. This lady (I think) had the audacity to lean out the window and tell my husband she almost got fired for taking an order out the window. I don’t believe that for a second. If anything you should be fired for talking to a customer like that. So take note, Taco Bell. If she was almost fired for something, this should be it.

Worst Taco Bell ever. Drive through was closed so went inside. There was employees standing around not paying attention to the counter. The last in front of me asked for help. A guy came up and hit the self serve computer and walked off. After I ordered mine, I saw the guy in the back pick his nose, and then start making my quesadilla without changing his gloves. GROSS!!!

Horrible, you can only order by kiosk , Branson tourist are mostly elderly who have no idea how to operate the kiosk , I heard a lady ask how to order a specific item and manager yelled how to do it from the kitchen , why couldn't she walk up and show her, seen 2 elderly couples struggling, a younger guest who had finished ordering helped them , not an employee, you still need a walk up person to person order for people who don't want kiosk. Menu showed $5.00. The manager said it's $5.49, total $6.01. my receipt was tore up so I do not have a store number or survey number. The cashier name is Katrina L.I wonder how many people have been ripped off by $.51 per box. 10 customers Taco Bell steals over $5.00 per order.

The lady t the window and taking orders at the time only gave us half of our order. Did not even look at us when we pulled up to pay or acknowledge us at all , just reached her hand out and kept talking to the person behind us giving their order. Then hands back the credit card with no receipt and only gives us one bag without another word. Just plain rude.

Well my husband and I are on vacation and last night we stopped here just to be quick and get back to the hotel... he ordered a number 8 which is 3 tacos and I ordered a steak chulupa. I took 2 bites of mine and started feeling nauseated just by the taste of it. My husband ate all of his even though the taco shells were stale. He woke up at 330 in the morning puking everything up. He has food poisoning from it. Thank God our hotel has Sprite on hand! He has been up puking and chilling! So needless to say I would not recommend and we will not be back to Taco bell!

I guess employees are no longer taking orders inside the store it's all on a monitor now. They will help you create your order on the monitor but can't take it at the register. I tried one of the iced coffees and it was amazing nearly coffee shop quality at half the price will be back just for it lol

Ordered 3 nacho fries and only gave 1.. don’t want to drive back at 12:30 am just for the other 2 nacho fries.. bad service.. the lady who took our order wasn’t friendly.. food was cold..

I placed an order to our favorite taco bell online but I accidentally chose the wrong location, aka the 2000 W US Hwy 76 Branson MO. We hate this one and normally don't go to this one because of the very consistent horrible and rude employees. There was a door dasher in line in front of me who was snapped at by a shift lead/manager who continually yelled at her and snapped at her even after the dasher left. After I received my mobile order, I got no fire sauce I specifically asked for and the quality of my tortillas were dry and hard. 0/10 would not recommend.
