It was not a great experience. I completely understand they are short staffed and I came during a rush period. However, it seemed they were caught unaware, as if the lunch rush caught them by surprise. The floor looked as if it hadn't been swept for a bit, tables desperately needed to be wiped down and the drink station needed to be cleaned. While I understand the stress, the staff was definitely not the friendliest.On the positive, the sandwich tasted like it should. So, they managed to get that part correct.In all, I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you're really just hankering for a Subway sandwich and you're near it.
Ok the first time I went there when he came in from smoking he did not wash his hands. Because of that I got sick the next day from the sandwich cuz it tasted disgusting. Second time I went back to pick up some sandwiches for the family, he had his son working behind the counter we even had a coupon for like 17.99 for three subs he just refused the coupon, and proceeded to tell me that there were no cookies left even though I looked in the thing where they are at there were still plenty of cookies. I would not recommend this place at all.
Rude worker .I am disappointed.he wasn't even taking orders or receiving them.when another customer can in he would talk to them instead of you.
I have always had a good experience except for my last visit. They were out of green peppers and onions, which is really needed on a BMT Italian sandwich. They're right next to a grocery store, you would think someone could go pick some up..
When I went there the poor girls had 3 busses that stopped earlier so they were trying to keep up with the rush. They provided me with an outstanding customer service. Sandwiches was very good.
Poor service. We ordered food delivered. Once our food was delivered we noticed they made our food wrong. Their phone was always busy.I drove to their store, they acted like I was a nuisance.They did remake our food but wouldn't do anything to compensate us for the inconvenience.Poor customer service.
Sandwiches are good. Workers were nice. Only complaint was they weren't taking gift cards.
