I love Steak and Shake. The price is reasonable and the food is great for the price and convenience. The staff was friendly and were working very hard to keep up with the many customers. They probably could have used a little more help which is why I only gave it 4 stars but that might not be easily remedied. It's not gourmet but it's not gourmet price either. This location is very convenient if you want to avoid traffic.
Excellent fries, onion rings, and decent fish sandwich. The fryer oil was a little old on the fish, but it wasn't inedible or anything.

Ate here tonight, we got garlic burgers and the kids got hot dogs. They season their hot dogs and it makes them far too salty. I ordered my burger on a bed of lettuce, I got one piece of lettuce. At the register it said to download an app for a free shake, so I did. Go back to the register to get my free shake and they tell me that doesn’t work at our location.Not very helpful, Food was just decent, and why have your register say download something you know doesn’t work.
I'm giving this place three stars to be nice which I probably should be giving it 1 to start last time I was at this restaurant was about 4 years ago then if he likes steak and shake the food was fantastic this time it was mediocre at best we ordered my daughter's kids meal they forgot things out of it like her drink and the French fries we sat there for about 20 minutes by the time I got my hamburger it was cold but like I said they may have been having the hot day but the employees seem to be more interested in talking to each other then getting the food out to their customers it was a very long late for my male and my daughters being that I was only one of three customers inside the restaurant and almost no one in the Drive-Thru I think it's kind of sad other places with everything because they used to have fantastic food
The food was as I remembered: yummy. The service and hours were off BUT this was during Delta Covid AND the Great Resignation so the small staff did their best under shorthanded conditions. Completely understandable.
I was curious about the place and their 2pm-4pm "happy hour" half price shakes. I also tried a double steak burger. To me, it didn't taste much different than a double cheeseburger... but other folks might disagree. The half price Snickers shake and Double Steak Burger with fries + water was $6.85 after tax.Otherwise, the place has a cheerful and festive atmosphere with kind of a "malt shop" appeal.
Great food at affordable prices. I just wish they would give you a bit more food with your order.
This is not a shake people!!!! Yuck. Made with extract, not fresh banana or strawberry. Sonic has much much better banana and strawberry shakes! My banana shake was so yellow, fake yellowAnd tasted fake. Horrible. Will never go back. Tables were dirty.
The food was okay didn't really care for it. I would have gave it 3 stars but the workers were great and that's why I gave it 4
