Most frustrating experience! Order online using the app for an in-store pick up. The app and website all say that dine in is open. Get there and every door is closed and they say “drive thru only”. The drive thru is literally out in the road. I’m sorry but if you’re afraid to open your doors to service your customers - then don’t have a job and a company. At this point it’s just being lazy. I cancelled my order and left. I can literally go anywhere else for a cup of coffee and it be cheaper.
Evening visit and the service was great. The entire crew working here were very polite and hard working.
I love the half-price teas on Tuesday that they're doing this summer and I love their cups.
Right across the street from White Water in Branson. After a day in the sun, it was so refreshing to have some Starbucks nearby. The staff here were amazing. They do not have a drive through but the staff really are topnotch and worth the trip inside. The only thing I would point out is that it is not easily accessible to someone who is in a wheelchair. They would have to go to the next door businesses and then make their way down.

What can I say it is a Starbucks... if you just crawled out from under a rock... they sell coffee! But, it is very nice, easy to get to, has a cute little outdoor seating area, and the people are nice at this location. Brandon was the best! So as always like and subscribe for more great content. The lady at the counter where you pick up your drink was a little rude. We ordered 2 iced coffees and she gave us 1 hot one iced. When we told her she got irritated and said well what do you want a cup of ice?. The lady at the register was very nice. This is not my normal starbucks. We were just visiting the area.
The staff is very friendly and the store was clean. I witnesses a rude customer and the young ladies handled it very well. You just don't see young people handle themselves in a professional manor like this staff. I was given hooe for our up and coming youth in the work force.
drinks were good but i waited almost an hour to get them, i got a lemonade and a frappe, that i had watched people get that were in line after me. i watched many orders go out that had been ordered after me and when speaking to someone who was there before me, he said he had been there almost an hour and a half. many drinks were on the counter from hours or even thirty minutes prior. i have worked in coffee shops and restaurants and have always learned to go in order to make things smooth and easy and the employees behind the counter looked chaotic almost. i watched a fellow employee of them order a drink and get it within 5 minutes while the customers watched. not a great experience time wise.
This place doesn't have a phone number listed and they charged me 75$ this last weekend when we visited Branson on vacation. Now we can't get ahold of them and not even starbucks corporate will help or has a number for them. They are thieves!!!
