I had no acknowledgement when I walked in so I sat down to wait for my drink that I did a mobile order for. They put the drink on the counter without calling out a name or even looking at me. The drink hardly had any coffee and I had ordered light ice and it was 3/4 full of ice. Horrible service and horrible drink!!!
I do not like that companies like Starbucks performatively support social issues. I don't mind if you support Pride or any other social issue, I just don't want it in my face when I'm in to order coffee. That being said...Standing in line, two customers in front of me, and the person running the toaster and the person taking orders are arguing about a miscommunication, 15 feet away from each other. Unbelievably unprofessional.I place my order which included an everything bagel extra toasted with cream cheese. When I got out to my car and looked in my bag, there was no cream cheese. Went inside and I guess the barista thought I was lying. First she asked if I checked the pocket, then she asked if I paid for cream cheese. First of all, this isn't the first time I have purchased a bagel and cream cheese and I am aware that the bag is pretty lumpy when there is cream cheese in it, so to ask me if I checked the pocket was pretty dumb. She also checked the receipt to be sure I paid for it. Are you kidding me!?So I get to my destination, open my bag to get my bagel ready to eat. Not only was it not extra toasted, THEY NEVER EVEN OPENED THE BAGEL TO TOAST IT! I don't know about anybody else, but that's not the way you toast an effing bagel.I'm sure I will go back to *A* Starbucks bc they are the only place that makes a Chai the way I like it, but I sure as hell won't go back to this location.
While I was in store, I ordered on the Starbucks app. I watched as several cash register customers came, ordered and went. Finally I asked the barista if she had a mobile order for me. When she checked the mobile order ticket machine, she pulled my ticket off. She was clueless it had been there for almost 15 minutes. One young man (barista) had a terrific attitude, unfortunately I didn’t get him. Gave 2 stars because the actual cup of coffee was good, but I can get a good overpriced coffee elsewhere. Not impressed with this Starbucks.
They were really busy and short staffed. I can go two miles down the road and get what I'd asked for - a trenta cup of ice, to go with my purchase of a beverage. For whatever reason this store declined it. As a former employee for roughly 10 years, even before/after the logo change, I know it is possible to ring up and hand out - unless cup supply is low. I wanted to ask why, but didn't want to get confrontational.DM - what's up with this store?
I’ve been to dozens of Starbucks, and this one is by far the worst. Store is dirty. Service is pathetically slow. My barista today told me she couldn’t make the drink that I had purchased the day before because of allergen concerns (but of course, she didn’t tell me until I inquired if I had the right drink). But yet, the girl who made it the day before (at the manager’s instruction) was standing right there. Get it together, Branson.
This Starbucks is so fast! That barista Carlos is a hoot, and his bowties are just on point! I always get a friendly greeting as I walk through the door, and my Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso is always perfect! And don't get me started on Carlos' butt! It looks so good in his jeans with that apron tied so perfectly around his waist. I'm there at least 4 times a week for 20 hours, and I highly recommend this Starbucks for the above reasons.
Waited 20 minutes for a strawberry and cream drink. One red-headed gal working her tail off filling orders, while the remaining 5 staff gazed out the window while waiting for customers to ring up, shuffled back and forth trying to look busy, counted some register coin and attempted to make a couple sandwiches. Never walked into the store to order and won’t again. Perhaps try hiring some adults who are interested in working.
I ordered a hot chocolate. I received 2/3rds cup of something that resembled hot chocolate with some milk gone bad whipped topping. The taste was, for a better word rancid. Half the staff was worthless and the was helpful but not happy about it. The first girl took one look at me and immediately went and had the other girl fix my order. Oh the second hot chocolate was as nasty as the first. What happened to good ole fashion hot chocolate?? Not this stuff they push off as chocolate.
Been here quite a few times and every time my coffee is delicious! They always actually stir it up. Other Starbucks I guess don't have time to do it. ?♀️
I had a horrible experience with the manager that was working on 4-3-22 @ 3:30p. I politely asked for a refund on one of my drinks that I’d been waiting on for 30 minutes, the manager was very rude and had a terrible attitude. The other customers told me that I had way more patience than they would have had with her. I will never go to a Starbucks again
