Have been sitting in the lobby for over an hour after a 15 min wait. One cook, server entered previous 18 top incorrectly so had to reenter and prepare all of their food again. People are literally getting up and walking out. Although the gentleman who is at the front door seems genuinely sympathetic, this has been a terrible experience. I will not return again and we eat here every time we are in town.

We went there for the experience for the first time. My husband got the rib eye steak it was so salty we told the waitress so he got another one and it still salty. I got the half rack of ribs and crispy shrimp the shrimp was dry out like it been sitting out all day. And the ribs BBQ sauces was too salty and sweet. My daughter got the shrimp pasta the pasta was good but the shrimp was salty and dry out. We end up paying 85.41 dollars never coming back. Service was bad and waitress we see her kinda racist we got ribs and steak so they pass our table and ask the white people if they have steak and ribs.

Second time going recently. It’s gone downhill fast. Was there over an hour and the salad bar never got restocked. Seemed to be a lot of kitchen issues. Cold soup, long waits, etc. Really liked the place for a while but we will move on.

The food was good, the staff was amazing, but... there were no hamburgers because their meat was frozen and the waitress didn't know how long they'd been out of kids pizza other than it had been a long time. I don't know what other limitations their menu had but I'm sure they'll be getting back to normal soon.

It was our first time eating there but they had very good food , we was pleased with it we had a very nice dinner with friends and family.

Very slow. Understaffed. They did call ahead orders first. Waited 30-40min before we were seated (had a group of 3) plenty of tables open!! We had a booth and the booth seat was not only very uncomfortable but it was broken. Could not sit at the end if needed. Food was ok. Nothing special, overpriced for the quality of food.

We like ruby Tuesday because of the salad bar. We don't have them where we live so we enjoy them when they travel. I find the salad bar is getting priced out of the ability to purchase it. It was myself and my daughter and she is two. I got a sandwich, salad bar for her and myself, and a drink and it was $35. I rarely pay more than $20 for her and I to eat out. I won't be going back, and yes I understand prices are going up. But not $35 for an adult and two year old.

Nice food & friendly staff. We had our lunch from here and for the price we paid, we got good portion. Our kid loved mac and cheese.4 stars because the restroom was not clean at all

I went to saltgrass and paid $70 for garbage steak.I came here and paid $30 to $40 for both me and the person I was with and got some of the best steak I have ever had. They're also very polite kind and courteous. Always worth going in for lunch or dinner.

My boyfriend and I went to this Ruby Tuesday today for lunch and we were not impressed at all. We understand that everyone is short staffed but the experience we had today was one of the worst experiences we had have dining out ever. I ordered chicken tenders with onion rings and fries and he ordered a burger with fries and we both got the salad bar. Our server was very kind and we don’t blame her for the experience at all but the food was just not good. I believe she was the only server they had so she was running around like crazy and we chose not to complain because the poor lady didn’t need that added to her workload. My chicken tenders were burnt, onion rings were soggy and both our fries were mushy. He ordered his burger medium rare and got a completely rare burger. The salad bar looked like they hadn’t changed the salad all day long and it was brown and just looked sad. We had to pick through lettuce with the tongs just to get the good pieces. When we got our food we already knew it wasn’t going to be great but again just didn’t want to make the servers day any worse than it already was. She made a comment to my bf that the manager of the restaurant was the one cooking so it’s obvious that they need help but also I can’t imagine that the manager would present such bad food if they’re trying to keep the place in business. We paid $50 for the food and would have have been happy paying that if the food was decent but when there a billion restaurants in Branson that are significantly better you can choose from, this just isn’t the place to go. We will not be back and I truly hope this place either gets better management or gets cook that knows what they’re doing because this isn’t acceptable. I attached a pic of my tenders to show how burnt they are and unfortunately don’t have a pic of the burger because my bf threw it out before we even got in the car.
