I'm surprised by the recent reviews I read--our experience was totally different. I love Qdoba, and when we ate at the one on Branson Landing, it was one of the best Qdoba experiences I've had. I have some recent dietary restrictions, so I couldn't have my usual burrito bowl. I told Tiera I'd like a salad with chicken. I told her my restrictions and she suggested adding roasted veggies (hot off the grill) and even picked out just onion and red pepper on my request. I added jalapeno verde, citrus lime vinaigrette, cilantro, a little cheese and guacamole. Tiera asked if I wanted extra guac, and added another hefty scoop. Even without my usual cilantro rice, black beans and corn salsa it was one of the best bowls I've had there. My husband's bowl was also excellent. I really want to give Tiera kudos for her personalized service.
I'm a local to Branson and visit Qdoba frequently. Tonight we encountered a new worker. I didn't get his name, but he had a dark beard. His customer service was FANTASTIC. He was friendly, and made my husband and I feel extremely cared for. The food was fresh the area was clean. Extremely impressed. Great job!
We ate here while on vacation and the guy was so nice and helpful. We have recently started eating at Qdoba and didn't know we could add whatever we wanted on the bowel or even know that we had a choice of meat. He explained it all to us and our bowels were so loaded and flavorful. When in Branson again we will return hope to get the same treatment.
It's good food , clean restaurant , and a friendly staff. It's still not Chipotle though! ?
Just average food. Cheese sauces and salsa were good. Chicken was mediocre. All edible but not worth the cost in my opinion.
My wife and I tried to order our food online and it wouldn't work so we called and tried to put it in over the phone and they flat out refused to take my order and told me that I would have to come in and place it in person.I wouldn't recommend this place. DONT WAST YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!
This place is horrible and the workers was all drunk the workers didn’t care about the customers only themselves, I wasted over $40 on food that that was cold
We ordered street tacos. We were not asked what kind of tortilla and it was cold anyways. Everyone went on smoke breaks before wiping down the tables. I sanitized our table with the hand sanitizer from the counter top after we got our food. It was a huge waste of money. Never going back.
Good food. Terrible service and horrible management.
*EDIT* They are open again! I was having my with draws, other restaurant just couldn't compare! I couldn't find a Qdobas anywhere! Thank you so much for coming back! The food was super fresh and portions are good size, I have lunch for tomorrow. Definitely new management ? Still 5 stars guys! Keep up the awesome food and service!
