Ordered pizza online & was ready in the time it stated. Everything in the order was correct and tasted decent. Weird that it shows no dining in, so figured it was just a pick-up/delivery location. When picking up the pizza, I noticed it did have seating available, but was taped off. Appeared to be a few people sitting in the taped off area, but they weren't eating. Must still be closed off for covid? Decent experience for me.
So this is the world we live in these days. I asked if I can use the restroom while I'm waiting for my pizza to finish, I am told no and that I have to wait outside until my order is ready. So it's perfectly acceptable to have your customers stand out in the cold while waiting for their Pizza to finish. Whatever happened to a thing called customer service. I'm a bartender local restaurant and I can tell you what if you want to sit at the bar and have a drink and use our restroom while you're waiting for you to go to 100% go for it. It's obviously not for covid reasons because I see two other people sitting there in chairs not but a foot apart whether they are delivery drivers or not they don't have masks on and don't appear to be worried about covid nor do any of their employees. So again what is up Pizza Hut on making me stand outside while you finish off my order. I will not be back to this location...
If I could give this place zero stars I would and I am usually pretty forgiving. Called to order while driving to location. Manager Bellie puts me on hold for 10 minutes waiting to take order. We arrive before they even pick back up. As we walk in they pick up. I told them we are here to order. They indicated they were not taking any orders now. Customer service ability non existent at this location.
I ordered about $70 dollars of food. Was going through the app and following the tracking as it said delivery was on the way. 2 hours later 9:30pm, I called and they tell me that they don’t deliver to my hotel. All 7 of us including my kids ages 1,5 and 8 were really hungry. The person on the phone said she just forgot to call me because she is busy. to blame the app. I asked for her supervisors number and got hung up on. o called back to get her name and supervisor and was told that they could not give me that information through the phone. They just said to call corporate. I have not got a refund yet. This is the worst experience I ever had and wish they fire incompetent rude people in this store. One thing is messing with me, another is messing with my kids and money.
7pm on Sunday evening refused to take my order until the back log was cleared, approximately 1 hour. Can't imagine how much business was lost during that time, I didn't go back.
If I could give it zero Stars I would... The employee working up front was rude on the phone and even ruder in person they destroyed the order did not get one thing correct other than the fact that there was a pizza there. When I asked him to remake the order they copped an attitude scream something about losing Pizza privileges. The employees here are a joke and so is this establishment. Many other pizza places in town don't waste your time with this one.
I've attempted to order from this location multiple times in row, and night after night they cancel my order because they have no drivers. This has gone on for some time now, I believe they should remove the option of delivery, they don't deliver at all.
The quality of our pizza & brownie were excellent. Service was timely & very good
They are either closing early, not delivering, or just messing orders up. Terrible place. There are other options(Pizza World, Papa John's, or Dominoes). Go with them, leave this place be
I love this pizza hut. Pizza is great. Employees very friendly.
