I got pizza that tasted horrible, and wings with little to no sauce. I made a compliant online with customer service and have yet to be reached by the store I placed my order from.
A thing of the past. That's a good thing for someone who wants to open a dine-in pizza place. We need a place like Shakey's from the way past... Oh, pizza was okay. Gas station pizza is okay too.
When orders are handed out insure that guests are informed of flavors being out. Also insure that pizzas were cut completely through.
The instructions for my pizza were not followed I asked for extra sauce and extra cheese and neither were applied. The last several orders I have purchased have been subpar.
I ordered a meatlovers thin crust extra cheese black olives and green peppers what I got was an over cooked plain meat lovers pizza. And then I tried repeatedly for three hours to call the store at branson hills parkway branson missouri 65616 and NEVER got an answer. Very disappointed in this. Very upset
They forgot my sauces for my big box. :( no icing or marinara for my breadsticks.
Three of the four items we ordered were over cooked to the point of not edible. It took 30 minutes beyond the time stated to recieve my order.
This location is a joke and the manager needs to get a different job because he’s clearly not competent at his. We used to order pizza multiple times per month from this location and will never order from here again after our poor customer experience tonight. No other pizza place on the planet could screw up one medium pepperoni mushroom pizza and the manager didn’t even apologize. Wasted 25 minutes waiting for pizza, lo and behold, they gave it to someone else for free and tried to request that I wait even longer. Save your time and go to Pizza by the Slice, Rocco’s, Hook and Ladder, or even Papa Johns.
Just got back from picking up my pizza and it was so hard and overcooked that me and my family can’t eat dinner. tried calling them and not getting an answer worst service ever
We ordered the Triple something or other, standard crust with two toppings. One pizza only had one topping and both were thin crust. The employee told me when I called that he cut the pizza himself and that it was the correct dough. He did give me a $15 credit, but ultimately I was displeased with my meal.
