The staff was very kind helpful and friendly. The pizza ? was amazing!
Had lunch there today with our son. We ordered a 20 inch pie with pepperoni, Italian sausage, bell peppers and mushrooms. I also ordered a side salad. The pizza was delicious and so large that we took half if it home. The salad was fresh and delicious. Will definitely be one of our favorite places to eat!
I recently went to try the new pizza joint. I thought about not writing a review, but the more and more people I know that try this joint say the exact same thing(s): The pizza is bland, tastes old, and overly priced and the food handling habits are spotty.I understand you have money to make, but at the prices you charge, you should at least make it worth my money. For the size of the slice, I could count how many pepperonis were on the pizza on one hand. Unacceptable at the rate you charge. The pizza has clearly been sitting for a good amount of time, and you can tell not only by looking at it, but the taste as well. Equivalent to gas station pizza. The employee at the counter handled my pizza without gloves, whilst touching the screen and the counter. I’m not a germaphobe to the point I won’t eat it, but I’ll say that won’t be in the health code.Lastly, I read a review on here about said place being a “national treasure” Let me tell you, these reviews have got to be either payed for or friends or management because my experience and many others don’t align with these high praise reviews.Wont be coming back as long as prices and food stay this way.
Very, very disappointed, especially since the reviews were so high. Got two Italian salads, The lettuce was not just lightly brown, but dark brown on both. The pizza has no taste and has to be one of the worst tasting pizzas I have ever had in my life. It makes Casey’s look like a gourmet Pizza Palace. Will never eat here again. For those of you who gave it high reviews, how much did you have to drink? Just awful
This was our third visit here and it wasn't the same. The first two times were outstanding! Unfortunately, this time the pizza wasn't any good. The cheese pizza we ordered had little to no cheese on it. There were some spots that had just sauce. We will try this place again in hopes that this was just a one time deal.
As a CofO student, I’m always looking for great food at an affordable price. This is what is offered at pizza by the slice. Great atmosphere and very inviting decor. If you’re local or just visiting then I would say this is the place that you need to go too.
Decided to give this place a try based on Google Reviews. The lady who served us was very nice and the pizza was below average to my taste. The guy handling the pizzas had no gloves and touched the counter, his face, computer screen, and pizza with his bare hands. Some of the workers should take better sanitary precautions. Side salad was old and I ended up returning it. For the same price you can get a delicious pizza at Mellow Mushroom. In my opinion this establishment seems like a tourist trap.
Came in hoping to find gluten free pizza and was met with great disappointment. Not only is there no separate area to prep a gluten free pizza, but the toppings are also all cross contaminated. At this point, it's false advertising to claim you have a gluten free option at all.
The pizza was great and so was the music. There was only one girl running the whole restaurant. She did a great job because it was busy and she remained cool under pressure. If you need a job their probably hiring.
The service was great this weekend and so was the food! Everything was clean, we'll definitely go back
