Pizza crust was raw dough, employee didn't seem to care since I ordered it through Uber Eats.Inedible to say the least. I realize orders are not going to be perfect every time but at least act like you care and remake the item.

I am a local and have ordered many times from this Papa John's. Recently, my delivered order was not correct and I called to complain. The manager was very argumentative, said I was was being rude and hung the phone up on me. I was assertive yet respectful and did not deserve the treatment I received.
I am super sick from Covid and I’m trying to eat something I order a small cheese pizza, I paid for the pizza and tipped the driver just to open a box that had a burnt pizza that was not edible, DoorDash offered a $2.50 credit on my next order. That didn’t help me as I need something anything in my stomach
Worst pizza service experience in the country, we found at papa John's in Branson Missouri, hwy 76. The person who took the order first of all didn't offer their special, when we picked up, the one who ran our credit card just went ahead and did not tell us there is this special or deal. Told us it's 30 mins and we waited that time, got to pick it up and told us it's another 30 mins. Aweful!!! No more papa John's for us that is for sure. Zero star rating.
