I’m not one to usually complain, but my experience was very aggravating today.I placed a mobile order and was notified it was ready. I went inside, and it wasn’t on the pickup shelf, so I waited next to it for a minute or two. I then went up to an empty register, because there were two people behind it. They didn’t even acknowledge me. The manager (I assume because she was wearing a different color shirt) came out of the door and leaned against the counter, talking to the two employees that didn’t bother to say anything to me. She looks over at me and says that register is closed and I should go to the one that has a huge line with one worker. My order was still not at the pickup shelf, but I went to that line anyways, even though there were two people that could have easily told me where my order was or when it would be ready and I would like to assume could help the hard worker behind the register with the line.My problem really wasn’t me waiting, it was the fact that one lady was working the register with a line and 3 people didn’t bother to help or come up to me.About 10 minutes went by until I got my order that I was notified was ready. The manager that told me to go to the other register and leaning on the counter was the one that put my order on the shelf and the order wasn’t even right.I have always loved Panera, and have never had a problem, but today was just very aggravating.
Went in thinking we would get a better meal then the hotel had to offer. No Egg Souffle out so we asked, if none, we were going somewhere else.Told would be out of the oven in 2 min, but couldn't ring it up till they came out. Went ahead and bought muffin and drinks and sat down to wait to buy the Souffle. after a few min, a number was called and the Waitress said his Souffle were ready for take out. went back to buy mine and was told they were sold out. Asked what happen to the 2min, she responded she tells everyone 2min. Turned around and we left.If they don't have them showing for sale, Don't believe you will get one in 2min.
This was the worse Panera I have ever tried in many different cities and states. It was dirty. The staff was confused and ineffecient. Thank goodness we double checked our own carryout order since it was shorted. Skip this place!!
Tonight, we called in an order to be picked up. There was nothing satisfactory about our order. The soup was cold, and tasteless. We were missing a sandwich, and the 3 sandwiches we did receive had VERY little of anything on them, especially meat. In fact they were mostly made up of just bread, and looked like they were just sloppily thrown together. The salad was mostly just lettuce, and although it was a full order of salad; came with a very small container of dressing. We ended up not eating even half of this food. This food was not worth, anywhere near what we paid for it. They insisted on a credit card to place the order, but then had no way of crediting the missing sandwich, to the credit card. Instead, they said they would send a coupon for another sandwich. I know I will never choose to eat at, or order food from this place again.
This Panera Bread is by far one of the very best that I have been to and I've been to a lot.The bagels are always toasted to perfection, coffee is always hot and available, frozen chocolate latte is made with caring hands, I could go on and on.I could not be any happier while eating at this location. The staff which includes the most amazing hostess named Melissa is always very friendly and remembers our name.My coffee mug is always warmed for me and I'm greeted with a smile.Keep up the great work you all are doing at the Branson Panera Bread!
The steak sandwich tasted good but there was very little meat in it. Got a big salad that was supposed to come with baguette but didn't. I had to track down our server to get it. I'd still go there again.
I used to work at this location and the crew is amazing to work with. I still come here 5 days a week for my 'Plain toasted BROWN bagel' The girls (Mel) still treat me as friendly as ever! Great location and food is SO good! If it's busy be PATIENT, I promise they are working as fast as they can to serve you. Trust me I know this crew, they work non stop and are working for their families. Just remember that before you bash someone for not being 'friendly' after trying to quickly serve people so they don't get upset in a timely manner. Just be patient.~Aaryn Groves

We ordered breakfast sandwiches and hot chocolate!!! The hot chocolate was amazing as they did it to what we like My mom likes more whipping cream and I like less chocolate. And the server did an amazing job!!! The food was also delicious ?
We have never been here before and wasn’t too sure what we wanted to order, worker seemed annoyed although we were the only people in line. Long wait for the food. Food arrives and the Mac and cheese sandwich was disgusting. Cold like it just came out of the fridge with mushy bread. Not even luke warm. Neither me or my husband ate it. $40 worth of food that nobody ate. Waste of money. I asked for spoons and a male worker made a purpose to walk over to our booth to point out that our spoons were hidden underneath our food. Wouldn’t have killed him to just give me a spoon lol.
