We ordered a bunch of food to be delivered by door dash to our hotel because this is a tourist town. I paid $52 for what I pay $30 for at home, 4 hours away in the same state. They didn't bring any silverware and we had none in the hotel room. The biggest problem was the 12 crab Rangoon we ordered had absolutley no crab in them. They were filed with just cream cheese and chives. They were disgusting. No soy sauce was provided either.
Good food, reasonably priced, with a decent variety. I liked the orange chicken and the noodles but the honey walnut shrimp was good too.
I had high hopes for my very first visit at Panda Express this evening. Sadly, I was and am disappointed. Is everything supposed to be so DRY?? No sauce to be found for either of my entree’s. The “crust” on the walnut honey shrimp and chicken was soggy and like the sauce if there was any was all soaked into the crust which made everything gummy. The noodles or should I say, what noodles?? Mostly cabbage and half inch slivers of noodles and again, they were DRY!? It is simply $13 I will not get back. The food is not palatable, but that’s ok, I’ve lost my appetite. I’m not entirely sure I will be back.Pics will show the LACK of sauce, gummy shrimp/chicken, andDry noodle-less noodles.
Great food and great customer service. The restaurant is clean and the food is always hot.
Rolled in a bit before closing and the food was hot and amazing. Walnut Scrimps 4 life
I have always come here as a local and purchased the Beijing beef as it was my favorite but these last couple times have been awful. The chicken has had a discomforting taste and hasn’t settled well. It has made me sick a couple times now and today will be the last. Another favorite gone due to poor food quality and most likely sanitary problems in the kitchen
We got to the Branson, MO, location at 10:30, when they are supposed to open. We got the automated “We’re closed” message. We waited 10 minutes, double checked the hours, checked for any signs that they would be opening late, but nothing. We then drove through and knocked on the pick up window. There was no one in the building. To say that my daughter was disappointed she couldn’t have her favorite meal is an understatement. I don’t know what happened, but I am not happy with Panda Express.
Make sure you check your food before leaving window. They get me almost every time and shame on me. I ordered a family meal and crab Rangoon and asked where is. Tab Rangoon and was told it’s in the bag NOT!! So disappointing
This location closes 1/2 hour before the posted business hours. We arrived 5 minutes before the inside of the store was supposed to close and 35 minutes before the drive through closed. The 2 employees inside just hid and chose to ignore us.
If you’re going to randomly change the hours and start opening at 12 for some reason, update the hours on google so you’re not wasting peoples time. Just lazy.
