Great food great service! My new favorite here. It was my birthday and they gave me a beer mug too!
My family and I just left this restaurant. All 5 of us were impressed from the beginning to the end. Our waitress (don't remember her name but her husband is also one of the cooks) was fantastic! 3 of us ordered steaks all cooked different and each one was perfect and was delish!
Our party had raw oysters, Fried seafood platter, and steak kabobs, all were very good. lean was a very attentive waitress. I love how they set a table for lost soldiers.
The waitress was efficient and was quick with the bloomin onion and salad but when the prime rib came it was a disaster. My wife’s was extra raw, had ordered medium, and was more fat than meat. Mine was also undercooked but at least had some meat with the fat but the meat was cool. Thankfully the dip was hot.
The filet was great! Service was awesome. I’d definitely recommend this place.
Let me tell you!!!! I was thoroughly impressed. Our server, Ronnie, was excellent. He was attentive and served us rather than waited for us to ask.The food was phenomenal!!!!! This was better than the chain restaurant with the same name! I had oysters Rockefeller. Never had it before but it reminded me of my dad. Yummy is the word. Well priced at 14$ for 6.Seafood platter was delicious. The catfish was fresh caught tasting from Mississippi. Breading was perfect. The restaurant atmosphere was wonderful. We did not have to ask for anything. I wish I had taken photos.
Food was so-so. Waitress was witty and accommodating. For a group of seven, three orders came out with problems (not big problems that required sending back). Food came out fast but then no waitress. Had to go find our own condiments at wait station. Quick and easy but not great.
We didn't realize that this wasn't related to Outback Steakhouse until we got there, but found that fact interesting. At any rate, we got seated right away. We chose Outback because they had an advertisement outside for $5 margaritas for Cinco de Mayo. My husband ordered a margarita and we ordered an Aussie Onion and an entree to share. I am minimizing wheat intake so I asked if any of the fried seafood platter could be grilled instead of breaded and fried. Our server, Ronnie, said he'd have the kitchen do grilled shrimp instead of the fried, but the catfish, crawfish and oysters were all breaded and fried. The food was all tasty, but too much breaded stuff for me. There was a grilled seafood platter but it was $11 more and it had lobster, mahi mahi and shrimp, which wasn't what we wanted. When we got our check we had been charged full price for the margarita. Apparently the staff was unaware of the advertised special. We got it straightened out.
My wife and I recently ate here. Nice little restaurant. Food was very good and so were the oysters. Big grill in the middle of the restaurant. Good steak and baked potato. A bit under staffed but they did their best. Right off the main road. And no relation to that other Outback chain.
We had the steak and the lobster and shrimp and it was amazing! But our waiter Lavon made us smile all through dinner! He made dinner even better…..what a great personality and a wonderful guy!
