Just left your establishment after being seated and waiting over 15 minutes and still not a soul to even get our drinks, yet i counted at least six employees cleaning around us. On the way out, a hostess said have a great night....i bit my tongue and continued to leave and go elsewhere. Very disappointedUpon returning for lunch, was greeted exceptional and food was what I wanted the night before. My wife got her Birthday wish which was to eat here. Only changing to a four because of last night's experience. It was clear staff was told of reviews and made.genuine effort to do better.
First time at this location. Very nice experience. Our server, Hannah, was very good and attentive. Food was little slow coming out but everything was very good. I think they were a little busier then they were expecting and kitchen just got a bit backed up. Will definitely be back and will ask if Hannah is there. Next time will remember to take pictures, lol.
Great place to go for some pasta while on vacation in Branson. The salad and bread sticks are always very good and our waiter was super polite and nice.I ordered the Shrimp Fritto Misto from the appetizer menu and it was a big order (several people could share this). The shrimp is fried with onions, red and green bell peppers then served with a marinara sauce and spicy ranch. It was very delicious and I was looking for something different to eat.
Waiter/Bartender was great, as well as our server. Both very personable. We enjoyed our meal and the servings were such that we were able to bring some home for the next day lunch.
What a great experience! Our server was phenomenal, we really appreciate her. The food was great. We saw several other servers who we felt like we're doing a wonderful job for their customers as well. This is an excellent place to dine.
The food was delicious, but the service was lacking. I hate saying that because our waitress was very nice, but we never got our appetizer, had to wait a while and then finally be able to ask for spoons for our soup, and had to ask for drink refills. A meal that could have been complete in 35 to 45ish mins took much longer because we kept having to wait.
Y’all are the BEST! We got your “curbside pickup” to celebrate my SO birthday. My parents had never had your “to go” version before, they were very impressed! Food was quick, hot, and fresh. Everyone was super nice! Love your bread sticks!!!!!!!! Perfect and exactly what we wanted
Amazing steak and dessert, but the first time they gave me my steak it was under cooked, and then gave me a slightly more cooled one. It still tasted decent though. Dessert was my favorite part.

On February 1, 2022 after a difficult COVID year for traveling for us since March of 2021 we returned to Branson during the off-season time. We found a new waiter named Ty who has only been in Branson, Missouri for about four months. He totally knew the menu and answered all our questions. He is a very polite and professional employee. He is an asset to Olive Garden and I and sure the manager knows this. I believe she (Manager) came to our table while Ty was waiting on two other tables and asked if we needed anything. This was the best experience at this Olive Garden since it was established here and since we have been coming here for the last 30 years or more. Thank you Dave and Frankie Kins
The service was very good. It was our first year wedding anniversary and at the end of service they brought us out a dessert on the house. 25 min wait to get in for two but that's to be expected on a Saturday. Was well worth it. We will make this a yearly thing.
