So I went here because of other recommendations, and I have to say I wish I had a better experience. I wanted to fall in love with this restaurant, but there were some misses. The tapas- Ordered the chicharron, croquettes, and papas bravas. The chicharron was good and carmelized well. Just think of it as braised pork belly. The papas bravas were ok. I wished the aioli was more of a compliment than it was. The croquettas came out room temperature-ish. I was expecting a hotter tapas, but if that is how it's done, so be it.The paella- Ordered the seafood paella. So good points were that the paella was seasoned well and the seafood was there in some form. The opportunities- I wish there was a socarrat to this version, which I felt was needed for the enhanced flavor. The sangria was delicious! I don't like mine overly sweet and this was a good balance.
This is definitely a gem hiding in plain sight. The food is delicious and authentic. You won’t find any other Spanish restaurants in town. It is a little pricey but the quality and service is worth it.I had the Paella del Monte and it was delicious. I also ordered the Sangria and Platanos. It was all very good. I will definitely be back.
Standing Ovation to Olé !!!As a Spanish descendant and paella lover myself I can tell you that Olé is the real deal. From Croquetas to Tapas de pulpo to Paella Marinara is delicious to the extreme. And for dessert the Crema Catalana is a most. If you visit or live in Branson try this restaurant. Also service is A+
Wonderful food, excellent service, and kind people.
Very good food and friendly staff that cares. We will be back.
Great food, very tasty and full of flavors
This is a great little hidden gem. The place is spotless and the ambiance is comfortable. We eat here when we are in town. Today we had Beef Rustic Rice. The steak on top was perfectly grilled and melt in your mouth tender. The rice was to die for. We also had pork belly that was cooked to perfection. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a different spin on lunch or dinner.
Perfectly cooked paella. I had the Del Monte. Wife had the Negra. Both were delicious! The blanco sangria was great! We’ll definitely be back!
This is an overlooked restaurant in Branson, Missouri. A little out of the way but well worth the drive. Ole in Branson serves up delicious Spanish food (not Mexican food - there is a difference). The dishes are prepared to order and unbelievably fresh and tasty. When we eat here, I feel like I'm transported to a little cafe in Spain. Delicious paellas and other dishes. My favorite is the Paella with chicken. The hibscus tea is delightful with your meal. The owner is so friendly. It is pricey but worth every penny. With three people, we spend about $65 each visit. More people need to eat here and understand a real culinary creation. It's easily one of our top three places in Branson.
Wonderful experience. A small, non-chain restaurant where every mouthful is bursting with flavor. Very satisfying! Personable owner and staff. Gotta go back and take friends along too.
