I see a lot of negative reviews here. I guess it is a good thing I did not read them before I went or I probably would not have gone. But It was a spur of the moment decision to stop we had no problems. The food was good. Fresh and hot. We got good service and they were fast and efficient. We didn't buy drinks as we were tking the food with us to our motel so I cannot comment on the fountain drinks but there was nothing wrong with our food or the service we got. I would go back if I were in this area again.Update. I returned for breakfast again this morning. Breakfast was fresh and hot and again we had great service even though they were very very busy. I would stop here again anytime
The absolute worst customer service ever. Manager was beyond rude. Pop machine was dispensing disgusting pop, they never mentioned it to any customer. They sure didn't mind you paying for the drinks. When another group asked her if they could fill up their drinks at the drive up, in hopes it would taste better, she said oh, because the drinks are gross? Yeah, I know, it won't be better back here but I guess I can try. It was in fact still gross. The cashier had no idea what she was doing. She was picking her nose while talking to us. We go to Branson often, will never come back. Disappointed to say the least.
I NEVER EVER WRITE REVIEWS .... but I literally googled how to review this McDonald's location bcuz I am so unsatisfied.... I work in food service myself, so I am as sympathetic as they come for fast food employees. I ordered in the app. Waited at curbside pickup for 30 minutes, (people coming and leaving the drive thru). Finally get my food, and it's cold. The quarter pounder is DROWNING in ketchup, (I even took a picture it was so ridiculous) wich must be because it was a special order (((I work in food service, I know your tricks))) and the 30 cents we paid to add tomato got us ONE tiny end slice of tomato... MAYBE IT WAS JUST MY BAD LUCK??? If your reading this review, I would HIGHLY suggest you drive the few extra miles towards the landing and eat at the McDonald's on Main street.
Couldn't get the shake I wanted last time probably had a broke down machine. McDonald's around here seam to have that problem quite frequently. Other then that the service was good and the food was as good as you can expect from a McDonald's.
4 out of the last 4 times i've been here my order's been messed up. and when it's not messed up this is the worst quality mcdonalds food i've ever had. congratulations, you are seriously the worst mcdonalds in america i've ever been to consistently. i'm impressed honestly.
Awful. It took them almost a half hour to get food out. The MOD was sitting on her butt not even helping what little, over worked stead she had. The chocolate mocha I ordered was one of the worst things I ever tasted. Not sure if there is a worse McDonald’s in the city.
The lady who brought our food out was beyond rude!!!!We are from out if state & our McDonald's offers $3 bundles. So that is what I ordered. Window person said nothing about not having them, I even told her meals.When I asked the gal where are fries were she just told that they don't have & was just nasty about it
We're leaving customer service me and my family went to this McDonald's and asked for a refund and all One of the employees could say is he was gonna kick us out and not give us a refund I recommend not going to this McDonald's. We sat there for almost 3 hours waiting for our food while everyone else got there some of their customers had the kiosk and we had a kiosk but we waited almost 3 hours for our food and that's when we went and asked for a refund because we had 2 kids with us we do not recommend ever going to the McDonald's and we will not be going back to this McDonald's either..
THEY ARE ALWAYS “CLEANING” THE ICE CREAM MACHINE! YOU HAVE A BETTER CHANCE OF WINNING THE SUPERPOWERBALL THAN GETTING ICE CREAM AT HIS LOCATION. RECENT STUDY CONFIRMED THAT THE MACHINES ARE FINE, IT’S LAZY EMPLOYEES THAT ARE TO BLAME. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS LOCATION.
Seems like a couple of people that work at this location could use a lesson in manners. We waited for over an hour, with hungry kids. Asked politely where our food was, while watching everyone around us get their food. Then had a very nice young man threaten to call the police, because I wanted my money back. You don't talk to people that way, and if you do, you have no business working with the public. Zero out of ten, do NOT recommend
