It wasn’t even busy here. I ordered on the app while sitting inside to make sure I had special orders, especially an order for a special diet, correct. The app wouldn’t allow me to pick up inside, even though I already paid and was inside. The cashier thankfully found our order, but had no idea why I couldn’t say I was going to pick up j side. We waited, and waited, and waited. We needed to be somewhere. I went up to ask for my order. They scrambled around to forget it, forgot our fries, scrambled around for that, then we got into the car. One item was supposed to be plain with no bun, ended up having all the toppings, thankfully no bun because I had a child who was gluten free, but thankfully was ok with the mishap. Still. On top of that, the workers had their drinks sitting out near the food. I don’t think the health department allows that, even pre-COVID. I was going to go here for breakfast before we get groceries for the week while we are here in Branson, but I won’t now.Edit: the kids wanted McDonald’s for breakfast, so I reluctantly went because it was close by Walmart. While service was better, there were issues. My non-gluten free child wanted pancakes and the gluten free child wanted eggs and bacon, so that’s what I ordered. The eggs and bacon came in the same container as the pancakes and my gluten free child began eating the eggs. Luckily, the sensitivity to gluten isn’t so bad that she has a reaction to small amounts of gluten, just can’t have foods that are heavy on gluten. I didn’t specify that they needed to be separate, just assumed that it would come in separate containers, so make sure you specify. The bacon and eggs made my non-gluten free child’s pancakes soggy and she couldn’t finish them. I had an egg McMuffin. The last couple bites had egg shell. Coffee was scalding hot and undrinkable, so I put ice in it. Once the coffee cooled down, I could taste a slight sour milk taste in the creamer. Also, my hash brown was cold.So, I won’t be giving this place a third chance.
The girl took ten minutes at the intercom to take our order, than again at the window. There was a huge language barrier, she got an attitude with me and raised her eye lids rolling them. Then they forgot an order of fries and the burgers were terrible. She is lucky I kept my mouth shut, if anyone should of had an attitude and rolling eyes it should have been me for it taking 15 minutes to order 3 items.
This was the worst service I've ever had in a fast food restaurant. I went in and ordered a large iced coffee and stood there for 12 minutes waiting on it. There was no one ahead of me when I walked in. The supervisor was yelling loudly at the staff about trays and "I can't help you if you don't help me". It was very disorganized and I should not have waited so long for something that wasn't even cooked. This was very disappointing. I'll go to Wendy's the next time.
Hello I would like to let McDonald's know they are the reason my son missed his 100 meter Das at the special Olympics in Branson mo because it took them 48 minutes to prepare 3 chicken biscuits and 2 sausage busicuts forgot we had a order and didn't belive we hadn't received outbfood when we asked for itMcdonalds ruined my family's special day we planned for months for my special needs childI'm considering never taking my family to McDonald's ever again
I've come here twice now and the workers are always so friendly and nice. Order was right both times even though they were busy.
Always a disappointment. Nasty food and very rude employees. If I could give the Forsyth location a negative star rating it would be a negative 10.
This is the fourth times I get happy meal ,And they gave me old French fry’s ,I thing they have to take care whit the kid foodAnd give fresh and good condition food for them
We had the worst experience ever, we were on our way to work at supercenter walmart,stopped to get 2 large Frappuccinosand order 20 piece nuggets it was about 8:50 pm so we thought the drive through person was maybe new he had difficulty understand the three items so there was 2 cars ahead of us that took like 20 mins then was our turn sat there for 15 miss and got cold nasty chicken nuggets we asked about our dink sand acted like didn't know as I am watching 3 member around what I M assumed to be our drinks finally they handed us to drinks with 2 cubes of ice and we all know that's not Frappuccino my husband pulled overtovthe side not to hold up line then yhey argue d that was our drinks he said just give me money back for drinks so in all I sat there for 38 mins and recieved nothing that I could drink or eat .Not even a apology someone needs to step up and look at your staff
The prices are to high the foos isnt that good and they are always making mistakea on your orders and sandwhichs are put together very sloppy.
If I could rate this place a negative star I would. They had me pull up to reserved 2 and I even called they said they would be right out. Never came out then I went in to get my refund they even shorted me $5. Worst place ever.
