Customer Service is horrible. We were told we couldn’t order because they were too busy??

Great food!! Awesome environment!

We ate at Little Hacienda tonight and the food excellent, and very reasonably price. Our server Tania was great, so polite and work hard to make sure everything was correct. Definitely would recommend it to everyone.

I reviewed this restaurant with a 2*, because the food was very good. Unfortunately, the service was so horrible that it brought what would have been a good review way down. It’s all part of the experience. We have eaten at the Hollister location for 15 years, and we have never had an experience like we’ve had at this newer location In Branson. We’ve tried it three times now, giving them the benefit of the doubt. They stuck out! We won’t be back. There are lots of Mexican restaurants in the area, pick one that will actually care that you’ve come to theirs to spend your hard earned money.

Beautiful restaurant. Taco Tuesday is a good day to have lunch here. Restrooms are very clean and upscale

Everything was great. Ana was a wonderful server and very attentive. Always came back to make sure every course was enjoyed. Will definitely come back and encourage everyone to stop by if you have a chance.

This place has weird vibes, man. My girlfriend and I walked in and were immediately confused because it felt like we were suddenly in a hotel lobby, t-shirt store, and restaurant, simultaneously. The hostess took us to our booth, which was like 38 miles away from the entrance. The booth was big enough for like 8 people so I thought maybe I'd lie down and take a nap, which sounded kind of nice.It was like 2pm, so there was basically nobody else in there. The music was so loud, which bothered us. I don't know why music is that loud at 2pm when there is nobody there. When I have to speak up in order for her to hear me, you know you have an issue. At least is was decent music so we could bop along to the beat. The staff were kind of friendly but also seemed very uninterested at the same time. I made a comment about turning down the music but it went over her head. Then I made a comment about a picture being extremely crooked and that went over her head, too. I didn't even attempt to make small talk or jokes at that point. The food was very good. The queso and salsa were excellent. The bathrooms were solid. We finished up and were thinking about checking out the t-shirts but we just felt like people were staring at us so we left. Part of me really wants to go back and part of me never wants to go near it again. Who knows, maybe I'll go back and buy a t-shirt and go fix that crooked picture while I'm there.

Me and wife came in around 5pm. The place was super slow maybe 6-7 tables with people. Took 20 minutes to get a drink order, then after 40 minutes we had a hard time getting a box & the bill. Food was ok, Margareta has weak tequila. Food was awesome

Very surprised! Probably the nicest Mexican resturant we have been to. Liked the choices of sides, not the always beans and rice. Nice grilled veggies with cheese. Santiago was attentive and good. Had the Sampler because we couldnt choose what to have.

We stopped for dinner after a trip to Top of the Rock. The service was great, the food was fantastic. I love spicy food and I asked for a spicy salsa, they provided a salsa that was very favorable and had a nice spice to it. The guacamole was tasty. The portions were nice sized. Not disappointed in the stop and the price was very reasonable.
