They were slammed but we got a table right away. Our food was so delicious. I got the fish and chips, highly recommend! My husband got the Sriracha burger, he said it was the best burger he had in a long time.
Great atmosphere and service. Very expensive for portion sizes. Portions seemed small especially when prices are $18+. Also ordered spinach dip and it was cold. Don’t know that we would come back due to prices for what you got
There was no wait before entering which is nice. The food was good but nothing special. The prices were pretty much on par for a vacation town. We had no silverware and our waiter was MIA so I had to find the hostess so she could try to find some for us. Half way through the meal the waiter comes to us saying we must pay in cash cuz the card machine was down. Why was there no sign before entering stating just that. Who just carries that much cash around in these days of debit and credit cards. We asked to speak to a manager several times but they never came to talk to us. We were told to just go to the ATM across the way, the problem with that is there is no ATM across the way. We had to go way far away to find an ATM.
Sharon rocks! Got a great seat outside to watch the fire and water show. Service was fast and friendly. Food was great.
I know everyone has a bad day, but if you are the one that is dealing with the public, then you should go home. The experience with the hostess ruined the whole experience.
I want to start this off by saying Daniel our server was great! He is the reason it isn’t one star. We waited 25 minutes to be seated in an empty establishment because we asked to sit outside where there was also a few open tables. They said we could sit outside if we would sit at a high top table. We had a 3 and 4 year old. We came back to check after we still hadn’t got a text saying our table was ready at 25 min when we were told 10-15. We ended up sitting inside after a few more minutes even though there were open tables outside. They were not super busy at all. Food was good and again Daniel was great. Prices are absurd.
Lauren was a great attentive server. They were easily able to accommodate our large table. Fast service! Good food!
My friend and I went to watch the fireworks. After paying $50.00 just to sit on the patio service was slow. I know, they were busy, but water is pretty simple to refill. After our meal was over, we were enjoying conversation when out of nowhere, 5 floors up, a cane appeared. My friend was hit in the head with the cane. Yes, her head was cut open by the cane. Management never came over to offer any assistance, it was strangers from the table next to us that flew into action. Trying to stop the bleeding and help me calm my friend down. Did anyone from Landshark ever offer any help? No. Were we offered our money back on the seats, a reduction on the cost of our meal? No! Nothing! Be very careful if you eat there and sit on the patio.
Great food and service! Lauren was an amazing waitress! Food was fast and delicious. We will definitely go back next year.
Great atmosphere being right on the lake and up close to the fountains. A little on the pricey side. Close to $100 for 2 people without an appetizer. We both had the Seafood sampler platter that's 2 very small fish planks, EXCELLENT coconut shrimp, then mediocre and small regular fried shrimp, and fries that were not good at all. So outside of the coconut shrimp everything else was not even as good as Long John Silver's. The plate was 20 something dollars. Great patio seating though and the service is good.
