I had the Cajun Steampot. It was decent but honestly not my best experience. The Cajun speampot didn't have any spice to it. And honestly was kind of bland. It was supposed to be on the spicy side and wasn't. There wasn't a lot of potatoes in it and the corn could have been cooked a little longer. Overall I did enjoy my experience and the view of the water was really nice.
From the moment we walked in we knew we picked the right place to eat! Our waitress Darla was outstanding. She suggested such great items, and the food was phenomenal! The ladies in and around the gift shop had great attitudes and made me smile with all they’re kindness. This is going to be our family go to place from now on on vacations.
Not a bad meal. 7 of us and I amsurprised they did not throw us out, as we were having a lot of fun. Service was excellent and efficient. Food was predictable yet good. A wide variety of dished were sampled and all pronounced tasty. Good view of the lake outside. Centrally located on the Branson Landing.
The seafood was great and our waitress was the best! The view of the river and all the activity was very entertaining. This is a must

We came in on a busy weekend with a large party. Our server was great and the Hostess also did a good job, albeit somewhat begrudgingly. Unfortunately we had multiple serious issues with our food caused by the back house and management. The manager did remove one meal from our bill, and we were ultimately very gracious and forgiving. We left a good tip and were just happy to make it to our hotel after a long day. Looking back on the experience the manager should have taken care of a lot more given the seriousness of the issues with multiple entres. We would try a different restaurant in Branson if given the chance again.
We had an exceptional waiter named, Eli! He was very attentive and energetic! My husband and I are in Branson, MO for our anniversary and it has been a fun experience! So, if you want an AMAZING waiter and a good experience at Joe's Crab Shack, then you NEED to ask for Eli!! Thanks again, Eli! You were GREAT!
Great staff great food and nice view of the lake
Food was good. They were short staffed in the kitchen so good took a long time to get to us. Waitress very nice. Hostess was extremely nice and welcoming. Only other complaint I have is their bathroom was disgusting. Trash all over floors, sinks soaked. Soap was out in dispenser.
Myself and my brother had lunch at Joes Crab Shack today and had a very enjoyable experience! We had the bucket of snow crab legs and the shrimp scampi. Our food came out hot and fresh! Our server Rebecca was the real highlight of our meal though! She was extremely personable, knowledgeable about the menu, and prompt with requests! Thank you Rebecca!!
