Your website said you were open today. We stopped by and saw sign saying closed for season. If you are closed, maybe you should update your website. 3 other vehicles were there at same time and turned around.
They are closed. Girl outside said they would be open sat & sun 4/16 and 17 but I don’t know if it would be worth the drive. So I would not recommend it.
Interesting little place. We had the catfish special, delicious. They had baggies of fish/ duck food for a buck. There is a bell on the door, that rings upon entering and leaving that notifies the ducks of people coming. They coming swimming to the door quacking like crazy. Where the ducks go, the huge catfish follow. Feeding was a blast!
If I could give this place 100 out of 10 I would. Love it!!! It’s clean! The staff is friendly, and the food is fresh and DELICIOUS.
Breakfast was amazing! Biscuits were so good! All the food was hot, and fast! Staff was welcoming and very sweet! Will be back!
I had a GREAT breakfast this morning the cafe wasn't full at the time but then it was full downstairs at least...didn't have to wait long at all...was my first ti.e eating here i didn't get a receipt so i went up front to pay...the server put her hand on my shoulder and said we got you and my meal was no charge i was shocked and i didn't ask why and i said thank you and left....i should have asked why??? But thank you for a GREAT breakfast...and the excellent breakfast and will be back.
Very disorganized and unprofessional. Left our party of 6 standing for over 30 minutes in spite of us telling them that we were willing to split up into 2 tables, which they had 2 cleaned, and 1 empty table at that time. We went on over and stood by the empty tables and one of the ladies in our group said that she was just going to have a seat at which point the owner threw a fit and informed us that we couldn't sit down because they had a system and we had to wait until ALL of the remaining tables which had now increased by 2 more tables. She yelled out to the waitresses that no one could be seated until ALL tables were cleaned. She is the reason for the disorganized way this place is run. Just scroll down through the reviews and you will see that this is an ongoing issue. The waitresses were only doing as they were ordered and in spite of the hateful atmosphere created by the owner, did a great job once we were seated and the owner stayed out of the room.
Excellent food and atmosphere. Quaint, creaky boat dock makes for a great place to eat. Feeding turtles, ducks, and fish afterwards also adds to the ambiance.

Wow!! The food is Fabulous!! It was worth the wait. We had burgers, Rueben, wings and mushrooms and Cod sandwich. It was busy, but one of the best homemade burgers and fries EVER! Glad were local and can visit this place again. We had just never stopped here before. Must go eat! the kids will love to feed the Turtles, and fish and ducks, so much fun in one little place.
