We had the most wonderful server, from Jamaica. Our wait time was a bit slow due lack of staffing, which is an issue EVERYWHERE. Our was so nice that it did not matter to us. I asked him questions about why he came to Branson, when he would be going back to Jamaica, etc ...It was after 10pm, not much open at that time either. Turns out...we were glad...we really did have a great server. Thank you
worst IHOP I've ever been too. my husband never got his pancakes my chicken bacon sandwich had no bacon and outer appetizer took 20-25 minutes. no manager around and no teamwork from the other staff to help the new server we had but our server was so wonderful and she was new so good job girl! literally she was thee only good part of our experience here
We stopped in just after lunch, hostess seated us in a section without a server. It was 10 minutes to get a servers attention, and 30 minutes for our order to arrive. Some of this might be explained by a big lunch push, but there was only 5 tables occupied. There was literally more staff than customers and we still received this level of poor service.
It's IHOP , so you know what to expect. We arrived at 10 am and waited fifteen minutes for a table. Not a problem for us, but it bothered other couples waiting with us. There were empty tables, and I observed three servers. Our was an older blond lady and she did a good job. Good was not hot but omelette was warm. Pancakes cold. For me that's fine because I am not eating pancakes until last so they would room temp anyway.
We have eaten here multiple times. It has gotten worse each time. Understaffed, exceptionally long wait times and getting your food after is ordered takes forever. Then its cold and no waitresses to be found. If you are friends with the host..you and your buddies get right in. We have tried to give you the benefit of the doubt...we have been disappointed every time except the very first time we ate there. We will take our business elsewhere.
Place was busy. Food was good and hot. Service was EXCELLENT!!! Good clean place for breakfast. Go here, you won't be disapointed.
Waited over and hour or more to get food ! I guess cold food was ok since the ground had skipped lunch. Everyone was hungry after the Jesus show at the sight and sound. That is amazing .Definitely will not be going back any time soon, Next time I will think of it being on my list of were to go eat with a larger group.
My family and I eat there this morning and we are not from here and wanted to have a family breakfast to start our morning. When walking in, There was only one lady as waitress and she had hard time handling all of the customers that was flowing in all at once. Some of them walked out. When we got our sets. She brought our drinks and was so overwhelmed she almost fell with the drinks. When we got our food. There was hair in our food. Got another plate and my eggs wasn't fully done. I was really disappointed. We don't have IHOP back home and was looking forward to having an amazing breakfast. We was disappointed that there wasn't any help for the lady and and food and the hair in our food was not cool.
Server was very nice. They had to clean a booth for us before we were seated. Not many people there. Many dirty booths. Food was o.k. but disappointing. I had a patty melt. Very small, dried out meat patty. My son's 5 stack was like silver dollar pancakes. Not enough for a growing teenager. I've never been a fan of the IHOP chain. This just confirms my previous experiences.
I normally am very understanding due to limited staff BUT it shouldn't take 40 minutes and counting to get breakfast at 11 in the morning! I could understand if I was ordering breakfast at supper time. Waitress was very sweet but I will never come back! A couple that was still waiting to be seated when we sat down already have their food and I'm still waiting. 45 minutes now! Had to send pancake back. It was so cold wouldn't melt the butter!!! They are now turning people away.
