I have to start with Micheal! We were so lucky to get Michael as our server very professional and kind. He went the extra mile while serving our 7 top. Very knowledgeable of the menu and didn't steer us wrong. When the friendly manager swung by our table she mentioned he can sing. Food was out of this world. Would definitely recommend the pork shank and the chicken marsala. Every one in our party had a great meal. Amazing tiramisu even better Creme brulee!

By far the best customer service out of any restaurant nearby, Smitty was our waiter and we never once had to ask for a thing! Food came out extremely quick and was some of the best Italian food I have ever had. Highly recommend!

Our waitress, Stephanie was so professional & friendly while taking great care of our requests. The Floor Manager, Sara, treated me to a yummy Birthday dessert! Excellent food, excellent service & lovely atmosphere are reasons for now making this a "Regular" dining location.
Florentines is a great restaurant with Great people woking there. I will never understand why customers complain if someone is having a bad day! They would love to get some one fired and mentally break down. This BS needs to stop! Servers are a punching bag period.
I had the Baked Ravioli with Bolognese sauce - it was the best I have ever had. Everyone else in our group loved their food as well. There was enough food for a second meal later that day. If it hadn't been our last day in Branson, we would have gone to eat there again.
This is not a family friendly restaurant. Rude staff. Regret not going to Pasghetti’s where we are always welcomed with open arms!
This was a girl’s weekend trip and we did everything we wanted and ate everything we wanted. So, we had to have Italian food of course!! The Trio plate was absolutely delicious. I would say get it for sure. The bread was served with a nice olive oil dip. No complaints there. My only slight complaint is the waiter was acting like he was mad or not happy tp be there at the least. He put things on the table a little to “gruff” like. Otherwise it was a nice experience.
