Pizza was made wrong, 30 minutes after it was daid to be delivered I called in to check on it and was told the driver forgot about it and a different driver was bringing it the 2nd driver was rude , walked off while I was checking them didn't even give me a chance to give a tip. I called into management and he said they couldn't do anything except maybe he could maybe mail me a coupon. I spent $50 on the wrong pizza. I'm a big Domino's fan but I say order somewhere else. ??
I miss when you could go in with your cell phone to the counter and let them know that you have a coupon code show it to them manually with your hand and receive the discount you were showing them by them helping you now they will not help you and they will send you off to do online on your own without offering any help which is a letdown otherwise excellent pizza still but the staff like the generation Rynn are lazy and unhelpful! Four stars to the moon and I’m out.
Literally lied to us. No excuse.Our order was supposed to be ready at 10:30. We called to confirm twice and were told that it would in fact be ready. However when my wife arrived she was told that the order couldn't even be started because it "wasn't in the system yet".When I called to confront him he told me that my wife wasn't told that and they're just busy. Pathetic experience.
We were staying at a local hotel. I knew when we got out of the water we would be hungry. I attempted to preorder pizza 2 hours in advance. I’ve done this before. I was told delivery was unavailable in this area. We were less than 2 miles from the nearest Dominos. I finally preordered it and set it for curbside. As I was leaving the hotel to go get it a delivery driver arrived at the hotel with someone else’s ordered. When I arrived at the Dominos there were 4 delivery cars there. There were two drivers leaning on their cars smoking. The curbside didn’t happen. Had to go in and get my order. Love dominos but this location needs to get it together.
Went tonight after work at about midnight. we ordered a medium Meatzza and wings. our order was accidentally deleted and (what i’m assuming is the) manager was extremely rude about it. Took quite a while to finally get our order. my biggest problem is the employees making all this food gloveless. especially when their closing and using cleaning chemicals. the food was good but we won’t be back. The unsanitaryness and rudeness was uncalled for.
I will say the cheesy stuffed bread was amazing. Only giving two stars because my pizza was so undercooked that I threw the entire thing out. The cheese was barely melted and the dough was still raw in places.
Never had a bad experience in the last 8 years I've been ordering from this dominos. I can count on 2 fingers how many times my order had to be corrected and the team always went above and beyond to make it right.
I had a delivery by James & when I checked my food the ranch i paid 2$ for wasn't in the boxes so I ran out to tell him he told me that they should be in the box so I checked only for him to be wrong & to see him speeding out of the parking lot. Then I call the store & tell one of the employees & his response was "ugh... its 10mins before close" I said idc its not my fault its his drivers fault for not getting it right the first time or waiting on my response when he told me to check instead of him using that as a way to take off. LAZY & UNPROFESSIONAL. Very disappointing.
Worst service ever, too lazy to drive less than 5 miles to deliver a pepperoni pizza. Not to mention they messed up a half n half multiple times. Hannah was very rude, Tori if thats how you spell it failed to provide any better service. Management is non existent in this store. Spend your money elsewhere as I refuse to do business with this location.
we ordered pizza at 3pm we finally called at 5pm and they told us that we were out of delivery range and they canceled the order but we had already paid for the pizza. they didn't even call and tell us they canceled the order or anything. And we still didn't get our money back.
