We were first greeted with zip ties on the steps and it went downhill from there. We had the alligator bites, shrimp trio, & captains plate. The alligator & fried fish were way over breaded, the roasted potatoes had a funky taste, the rice was gummy, & the shrimp & clam strips were just ok. The drink, however, was tasty! Overall this was an unejoyable meal with no atmosphere to boot.
Victoria was our server and she was on top of everything. She made sure we had everything we needed. 10/10 recommend this place

Had excellent service and the food was great. The Lady of the Lake Salad was fresh and the homemade dressing delicious. Angeline was our server and we told her we were going to a show across the road. She made sure we received our meal quickly.

I want to first say that if you are using reviews to help you decide whether to visit a restaurant or not then you need to take negative reviews with a grain of salt, especially when the majority are overwhelmingly positive! Some people are just unhappy with their lives and they take every opportunity to tear others down, in this case restaurants! My wife and I found nothing to be negative about this restaurant. They were accommodating from the start, even moving us from a table near a loud tour group so that we could have a quieter evening out. We both wanted Prime Rib and were having a little trouble finding it in Branson on a Thursday evening. We settled on Dockside as they had what we wanted and came recommended! It was a great decision as the PR was juicy and flavorful and the sides were done with care and definitely not straight out of a can/box or bag! We will go back to Dockside next time we are in town as there is much more on the menu that we want to try! Our compliments to the owners!
