I hate to write negative reviews - however, if it saves someone from paying for a poor experience so be it. We visited on a Wednesday night and the Buffet was nearly empty. The salad bar appeared to have sat out the entire day, dressing containers completely empty. 1 of the 2 drink machines was coming out of order, the one that was working had 5 drink selections out of order. The machines were also completely out of ice, despite politely asking for them to be filled. The floor was filthy and your shoes stuck to it as you walked. We have visited several times years prior and always had a great experience. This was a major disappointment.
Cleanliness was below average. I also overheard multiple employees complaining about having to make more "meat type" pizzas. There were at least 4-5 non meat pizzas on display that no one was eating so my best advice to the manager, let your employees cater to the wants of the consumers and stop being cheap by only offering them a limited variety of bread. This Cici's needs some new vision.
Well I have mixed feelings about this. Cicis in our area disappeared, so we were glad to find an open one. Never saw one that had an arcade. However I fear that certain things may kill this one too... the pasta was dry on top and complete mush on the bottom. Some of the pizza seems like it had been sitting out a while. When we arrived the place was dead quiet, twords the end it was packed and the food improved (probably because it wasn't sitting around anymore) but I know it was kind of nice stroll down memory lane once the food was fresh.
Place was empty at 5 o'clock on Friday. Staff was very friendly. Really took care of me and my wife. We enjoyed it very much!
I was not impressed here. Most of the food was gone. Very friendly staff and with so many working I would have liked to see more food options available instead of all gone.
Honestly the worst Cici’s that I have ever been to. First of all, the entire game room was closed. Second, the pizza was awful. I don’t expect a lot coming from Cici’s but it was almost inedible. The crust was soggy, everything was over-cheesed, and nothing had any flavor. The noodles were hard. Third, the floor was very sticky. It felt very dirty. Me and the family cut our losses and left. Wish we had chosen a different location to eat at.
The kids had such a great time! Staff was very friendly! Food was really good
Went for a birthday party, game room was completely down never called us to let us know pizza was ok. The room we rented was sticky and the bathroom were trashed. I decided to change my daughter in my car.Definitely had better experience here before this disappointing.
it's a pizza buffet.Cuisine? Well, the pizzas are round and cooked in an oven. The kids enjoy the variety. Super conveniant too.
So last night I ordered two pies to go . Not the usual place to get to go but ok. Returned back to hotel and they were cold soggy and just a wreck. When I tried to call and inform them ,the workers and some poor excuse for a manager just wanted to act like a bunch a generic detectives. I never thought cici was that petty . They even were happy with themselves when I told I threw away the cold pizzas from last night so I couldn't bring it in to show them. Next time I'll just go to pizza ranch
