We pulled up and there were people standing in the drive thru. To take orders? Like 6 people. We drove past all of them and up to the menu board. A girl walks up and asks us if we had been helped .. obviously not we just drove by you. Told her we weren't ready to order so she just stood there. Was very uncomfortable and felt rushed. Seemed hectic with all the people running around outside. And the food wasn't that good. Fries were old.

If you don't know about Chick-fil-A already then you are missing out. Number one and they are a top-notch place to eat. Number to they play service and quality above all else. They treat you as if you are a king of Queen every time and there are no attitudes whatsoever among those that are serving you. This makes for a very enjoyable experience not to mention the food is the best food you can get at a fast food place. Love it
I love Chick-fil-a. The food is ready good and the employees are usually extremely pleasant and courteous.I hate to say though that today I encountered one who was having a bad day (benefit of doubt).
We ate at Chick-fil-A Monday 3/14/2022. Everything was first rate. The place was slammed. Branson, spring break, 6 school buses...need I say more? People were packed shoulder to shoulder yet the line moved smoothly, even the double drive thru. Five minutes from order to receiving our food. The young employees were all so pleasant from our order taker to the girl cleaning tables. Twice someone checked on us to see if we needed anything, more napkins or a drink refill. Well done, Chick-fil-A, well done!
All the employees are always polite and helpful. It's nice to experience this compared to all the other places there are to eat. It seems like nobody cares when you go out to eat.
This Chick-fil-A is very accommodating Kevin, the manager, goes out of the way to make the customer happy.
Place was packed and I got my food quick which was good asked for ketchup and only got one and talked to three different employees and none said “my pleasure” when I said thank other than that great experience
The food was delicious, the employees were nice, and we got our food quickly.
I'd give this location 10 stars. They were super super friendly. And though the drive through was heavy, it went fast. And the lady who took our order was very quick. And then the worker handed our food to us with care. And apologized for the wait. Which was only about 8 minutes. No prob. Thank you. Our breakfast tasted great and was really hot.
